You should try it again. Guess it was a mistake on 2k's part (server).

Or does anybody else have problems downloading it?

edit:
It seems like this is happening when the game tells you there is a (roster) update available.

I don't have a slider set.
For the games i played/watched (haven't touched the game since the release of thee roster) i used 2k's simulation settings with raised foul tendencies.
But i'm looking for a set, too. So if you find/create a good one let me know.

What sliders do you use for this roster

A friend of mine created a sliderset for another roster and asked my to test it for the 00-01 one: barteko's Superstar Realistic Sliderset

Normally i don't play on Superstar but with his set it was really fun. At the end i lost by about 20 points with my Sixers vs the Knicks, but i made a lot of bad decisions. Game was fun, so you might want to try these out aswell.

I don't think so.
But after year one many of the players from the legend teams will retire anyway, because their age couldn't be edited. So i don't know if you want to play beyond year 1.

this is awesome! loving the roster.You are the best! So far I've been playing with the kings and it's been great. Wish they had a better body type for webber, he looks a little too skinny, nothing can really be done about it with the tools given.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out for the work done on these rosters. As a Bucks fan, these are the glory days as a franchise! Yes that's right, a team that didn't even make the Finals is considered the glory days... at least in my lifetime. It's kind of like how we, as Brewers fans, still talk about the '82 Brewers, who again, LOST the World Series, as though they were the greatest team ever. At least we have the Packers, right?! Anyways, I've only played a few games so far, but it's been a blast to re-live that season. Thanks again!
