Lol he may not update them, but his rating system is garbage. I've seen his updates and he still has players rated way higher than they actually should be. Levert will be LUCKY to be a first round pick, he's injured AGAIN. And he's not athletic anymore. I'm a Michigan State fan and follow Michigan basketball closely, all of college basketball for that matter, so I know quite a bit about his situation. Embrace had a phenomenal draft class for 2k15, but that was because the class was LOADED with surefire prospects. Now that this year's draft only has one or 2 sure thing players, he's struggling and he's over rating players so that you don't have a wasted draft in MyLeague or MyGM which shouldn't be the logic used because there are years where drafts are very weak. Those years are the years you see a lot of teams trading away picks for future draft that they know will be loaded. That's why Boston and Philly have been unloading picks and taking picks for future drafts, why waste a pick in a weak draft when you can get a good pick in a loaded draft? It's just how it works. Our class for this year (teondaddy and I) our class has 1 players rated near 80, Simmons, because he's the only sure thing. Everyone else are players that may become solid players but there really are no players you look at this year and say 'he's a guaranteed future all star' like last year's draft and the year before besides Simmons. Hield MAYBE but he's a bit sketchy for various reasons. I just don't like the whole over rating and then claiming you have the best draft class because of what yours did last year. Especially when you're not even making a full class. He has what, 40 players? We have a full class that we've taken the time to make and adjust throughout the season based on mock drafts, how players have played, and word among NBA scouts about where players are going and what their potential in the league is. We've taken players out and moved them to the 17 class or the other way around as well based on what we think is going to happen. If you don't put that kind of effort into your class, then you're not the best. Embrace has some of the best face and player models I've seen, I'll give him that. But his rating system is bad and his judgement of players is bad. Skal and Levert being so high still only proves my point. Skal is trash, he's not making it in the NBA. He'll be the next Michael Beasley...huge potential possibly but will flame out. He can't even make it at Kentucky where they don't have the huge prospect big men that they've had in recent years, he's not making it in the NBA. Someone will take a 1st round pick on him still based on that potential, but he won't make it. And Levert, he's the next Rose and Oden, career set back or ruined entirely because he can't stay healthy. He has severe leg issues going on and it's plummeting his stock.
