AI shot timing 🤔
Anyone found a happy medium using these for a better realistic challenge?

Around 75 with lower 3pt sliders and high cov impact, so it’s more reliant on you or cpus contest strength opposed to timing rng with cpu -
Is it the CPU Shot Timing slider? Is that what is controlling the difficulty in timing the shot meter? If so what does that mean for shot success ratings and etc.?
Wish you'd post this in the main forum instead of sliders so more people see it tbh I am very confused on how it works.Comment

Copying from a previous post of mine:
CPU Shot Timing just controls.. CPU shot timing.
Difficulty setting, player ratings, and defense contest strength control how large the green area on the meter is.
Shot Success sliders make it more or less likely for you to make a non-green'd shot. At higher difficulties, you have to set the Shot Success sliders significantly higher in order to make shots that were not green-timed. So if you want the CPU to make a ton of shots, you can either increase the CPU Shot Timing slider, thus making it more likely for them to green any shot. Or you can increase specific Shot Success sliders to only make shots from those distances more likely to go in even when not green-timed.
Or for maximum variance, you could decrease CPU Shot Timing while increasing Shot Success, making it so that more shots by the CPU are not green-timed while also making more of those miss-timed shots go in. I haven't tested this yet myself but kind of like the sound of it. I'll probably do some games against the Warriors to see how CPU-controlled Curry fares.Comment
