Hi everyone

I don't know where's the problem but when I use these sliders, I'm always losing :

The points per game are way too high (about 120 points per game for the winner and 100 for the loser), it's almost impossible to defend against CPU players, and the CPU takes loads of offensive rebounds...

I don't understand how other people have realistic boxscores.

The CPU makes all of these open shots. How can I delete it ?

Sorry for keep bothering you lol but try 2k camera if you already don't use it…Defense feels a lot easier to play in a bit more realistic or tell me if I'm tripping i might be lol

GAHHH girlfriend needs me to go to the store to buy our dog some dog food, and needs help loading it into her car. So I'll continue the game when I get back. So far, the game actually feels a lot better. I'm seeing a better mixture of ball movement and a good amount of turnovers. Loving it so far.

i haven't tried it but go for it and let me know how it turns out and post scores from like 3 games and i can tell you what to adjust

Gunna keep this short and simple since my girlfriend is on my computer taking a college test, so I'm on my phone.

First half done.

Rockets (me): 67
Warriors (CPU): 58

Field Goals
Rockets: 23/50 (46%)
Warriors: 27/56 (48%)

3 Pointers
Rockets: 9/24 (38%) (Yes, I'm aware I took a ton of these. They left my shooters open too much lol)
Warriors: 3/11 (27%)

Rebounds
Rockets: 27 (6 of which are offensive)
Warriors: 28 (8 of which are offensive)

I'm seeing a lot of turnovers, but not because of steals. Pointless, terrible passes that warp past a player as if he's glitched. Not liking it too much. I'd recommend adding +1 to pass accuracy. Both teams have 5 turnovers a piece (10 total)

I'll keep you updated. High scoring game ftw.

Game over.



Was a fun game. Harden went off, dropping 32 while Dwight won POTG, scoring 22 points with 14 rebounds. Klay Thompson light us up for 31. Every game I've played against the Warriors, he always gets 30+ Lol

Sliders were good man. Better than the previous set aside from the pointlessly missed passes. I'm gunna raise the passing attribute by 1.

Kayotic, I enjoy these sliders, problem is I am a newb to 2k14 and basketball games in general.
I have a few problems playing the game and was wondering if you have any suggestions as to some changes I could make to bring a more enjoyable experience without 20 point blowouts.

Defense, I can't play it. The player I control loses his man in traffic multiple times and when the opponent drives the paint, he easily goes past me for the score. I'm not sure how to keep up or give myself a little more handicap room here.
Passing lanes, I have a difficult time finding open passing lanes and the end result of my games usually carry 10+ steals in the opponents favor.
Shooting, my timing on shots is horrid and I'm usually ending games at a less than 35% field goal percentage.

Any help is appreciated, thanks for your hard work

I tried them and I saw too many times where players where gliding across the floor and passing the ball directly into the defender.

With OBD so high players are hard to control if you slightly move the controller. The CPU was sliding a lot and doing a lot of bumping and no fouls called (fouls are all 100). A few times I was sprinting and the force field defense happens even if the defender was standing still.

The passing is so bad and I don't know why: 4/5 times the ball would bounce off the defender or out of reach of a easy pass resulting into a turnover. When I have the CPU PPL at 25 and below the passes seem to go to the offensive player more.

The speed is good for me but OBD and the CPU passing lanes seem to make the passes worst and sliding very unrealistic.

They frustrating if you don't take your time. Make sure you don't take any stupid shots; be patient with them. Find the strengths and weaknesses of the other team, then attack them. Find out what moves work, who they're not fully guarding, what moves you need to use to work around players, etc.

It feels like real-life basketball. I love these sliders. It requires you to think and react instead of just playing while zoned out.

these sliders are confusing, even if you contest a shot it goes in, when your wide open you miss like c'mon man its not fun at all

Score at the half. Extremely high scoring game. Haha The Heat have taken 4 3PT shots in the whole first half. Lol not very realistic, but this is the first time I've seen this.

No problem stick with it 2k can be a frustrating game at times first before changing anything move 2 all-star and see how that works play a couple of games and post some box scores for me and i can help from there the cpu is a little more forgiven on that lvl and shot timing windows are bigger
