What are you looking to update next about the sliders to take it from a Beta?

I'm honestly not sure. I love the way the game is playing and the feedback I've gotten so far only points to minor "user preference" tweaks where some people find certain aspects of gameplay too easy or too hard, whereas others haven't had the same problems. For these minor issues, I think I will simply give people advice on how to tweak the settings to fit their needs instead of making any actual change to the base sliders that I've posted.

The only things I'm looking at as "real" issues are rebounding and inside scoring/and-1s. I regularly see an inside shot attempt miss that I think should have gone in, but I just as regularly see an inside shot attempt go in that should have missed. Fixing this issue is tough because I still want that unpredictability and I don't want FG%s to go up. As for rebounds, for the most part the team stats are great, but all too often I see a player or two finish with 14+ rebounds per game, and many times a team will get 2 or more offensive rebounds in one possession. I'll have to see if I can fix this without nerfing offensive rebounds or making wing players come up with too many rebounds.

Yeah I've had times where I've gotten like 3 and let's not mention the CPU lol.

As I understand it the hustle slider directly affects fastbreaks.

Can I ask why you have this slider set so high for user/cpu because to me the fast break as it is now is essentially non existant as you literally have 2 guys waiting for you under the basket each and every time?

I see this happening too most of the games, however the total rebounding numbers seem to be okay at the end of the game for both teams (and orebs too) so I'm not too bothered about it. While it is frustrating to see the cpu get 3 opportunities on one possession, it also means they don't out rebound you throughout the entire game on the offensive glass.

By far my most fun game. D Wade did everything possible but the Blazers turned it on in the fourth and pulled ahead. Looking forward to whatever minor updates are coming.

Re: NBA 2k15 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set

                  VERSION 1.0 UPDATE IS HERE!

I'm FINALLY happy enough with the gameplay to put a full V1.0 stamp on this update! Here's a quick outline of the changes:

Game speed at 47 with Quickness anywhere between 40/35 - 45/40 (I prefer 43/38) REALLY makes this game feel amazing, and you have so much more control over your player now. It's much easier to make minor movements on offense and defense as the transitions from walking to sprinting aren't so instant so you now have more options for speed besides "snail or cheetah", and the fluidity of the game just feels perfect.

Lowering Dunk in Traffic Frequency decreases the amount of dunks in traffic (obviously) without totally eliminating them. At 55 there were too few and the ball-handler almost always attempted a contested layup instead of jamming it home, and at 60 it was way to easy to abuse the CPU with athletic guys inside. 58 seems spot-on.

Jumpshot Defense Strength (Gather) at 85 instead of 100... I'm not sure when/why I changed this, but all I know is that I'm absolutely loving the defensive rotations and close-out speed, so I'm keeping it at 85!

Leave any and all constructive feedback guys. Version 1.0 is FINALLY here

Oh, and do yourself a favor if you're on PS4: Download EmbraceThaPace's roster as soon as possible.

                      I really like these sliders!

I have a few tweak I changed to fix some of 2K legacy issues.

                      User: layups 60
User/CPU: passing 49/40 (only way to get realistic turnovers)
User/CPU: On Ball D - 0 (reduce sliding and unrealistic recovery)
User: steal success: 57 (avg 5 stl)
                      User/CPU: Contact Shot Success - 35
User: play passing lanes - 80 (defenders standing around)
                      CPU: Blocks - 80
                      User/CPU
Shooting fouls: 90/70 (CPU shoots more 5-9 FT's still)

Can't outrun any bigman down the court on fastbreaks.

I always keep the first post fully updated with any tweaks I make

As for simmed games, in the past sliders did not affect them. I haven't done any testing on it this year, but I would be VERY surprised if sliders had any affect on simmed games.

I have no problem getting on-ball steals or deflecting a pass, and I always see realistic speed/separation on the break. Are you playing on Hall of Fame difficulty by chance?

                            Superstar (MyCareer)

I rarely reach unless it's a bad ball handler (I play with the Grizz).

I've played 12 games with the sliders before your update and I avg 5 steals. Defenders would rarely play the passing lanes even if they're in front of the ball.

The 2K issue on fastbreaks; user hits turbo and the CPU reacts before the speed animation happens. The CPU does the same thing with passing; they react before you pass the ball.

Not to mention the game will put users into animations to allow the CPU defenders to react or recover on passes, shots, and turbo).

Also the CPU constantly will pass the ball into the paint through my defenders arms, head, body, etc.

Even if I tip the ball my defenders get caught up in bumping into each other animations and never pick the ball up.

They will pass it 2/3 times no 3 secs and there is no way to stop it. 75% of their PiP come from this.
