In SOME ways it's good if you want to play a REAL full season as you really don't need to watch ALL the game if you ave to go out. But then if you want to "coach" you can't. Personally I think SIMCAST LIVE is lame but that is my personal opinion. Tried it and it held zero interest for me.
Ah ok. I was just skimming through so I wasn't sure exactly what everybody was doing. I'm basically using MyLeague as a GM/owner analog because I was annoyed about not being able to spectate CPU vs CPU on MyGM. I really don't like SimCast Live either. I want to manage the organisation and watch the games and so MyLeague is perfect for me. I'm not great at coaching. I'm not from the States but I've been following the NFL and MLB religiously for about 10 years, and gradually gotten into hockey and basketball. I've only been watching basketball for about three years so I'm not that clued up on tactics etc.

Which set of sliders should I try by the way? The ones in your first post or?

You unplug the controller that is used to control your team and then when it asks you to press start or reconnect the controller you press start on the 2nd controller

Well I do play on the Xbox so I can not confirm it works for PS4. It also works for PC as well.

AlexFord - you are doing exactly what I'm doing. A stripped down MyGM.

Also I'm using the first set of sliders.

BTW - if anybody wagers on NBA games contact me! I have something good going in a forum the last 3 years. It's all I'll say as I don't want to get booted.

OH - watched the NY Knicks man handle the Bucks tonight! Oh Oh! 107-84. Bucks could not hit anything.

I'm going to start to keep a spreadsheet of games watched using the original sliders on this thread. If you want to help please post, in some form, the stats you have from a WATCHED game. What I'm looking for is the TEAM COMPARISON numbers and if you can get them the shots by zone (the teams can be combined - just looking for numbers ie inside, close Middle 3 point).

I'll add all to the spreadsheet and we can get a good idea on where we are.

              TEMPLATE
              ********************************************
              BOTH TEAMS -if it's easier

Game # (just add on so if there is a question it's easy to find)

              Score
              FG
              3Pt
              FT
              Fast Break Pts
              2nd Chance
              Bench
              Assists
              OR
              DR
              ST
              BL
              TO

                Game 1

Score I'll have to get this - not here at the moment
FG 76-178 .426 .545 if you take away the 3 pointers

                ST 9
                BL 11
                TO 10
                TF 28

                Inside Shots 26-51
                Close 25-59
                Middle 15-23
                3PT 11-35

NOTE - you really can not judge by 1 or 2 games - I'm about done with a hi paced game where both teams might be over 100.

Hey guys I'm not sure if anyone knows of Versuz on YouTube but he has a nice sliders set that I'm testing at the moment it looks crazy but actually plays well. If you search for versuz television there's some videos that shoe his sliders and gameplay you should check them out.

I would like to see a few more TOs but am not sure how to achieve it with out messing something up.

After two games watching with the slider set in first post here are the total shot taken percentages - I'll update later tonight - I have 1/2 a game to go. STILL - working with a very small number of games so . . . .

I have no idea what actual numbers are.

                      <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="164"><colgroup><col style="mso-width-source:userset;mso-width-alt:2929; width:62pt" span="2" width="82"> </colgroup><tbody><tr style="height:13.2pt" height="18"> <td class="xl68" style="height:13.2pt;width:62pt" height="18" width="82">Inside
                      </td> <td class="xl69" style="width:62pt" align="right" width="82">24.4%</td> </tr> <tr style="height:13.2pt" height="18"> <td class="xl68" style="height:13.2pt" height="18">Close</td> <td class="xl69" align="right">52.3%</td> </tr> <tr style="height:13.2pt" height="18"> <td class="xl68" style="height:13.2pt" height="18">Middle</td> <td class="xl69" align="right">10.5%</td> </tr> <tr style="height:13.2pt" height="18"> <td class="xl68" style="height:13.2pt" height="18">3PT</td> <td class="xl69" align="right">12.8%</td> </tr> </tbody></table>
I STILL have not seen ONE ally oop! ALTHOUGH I did see a pass ROCKET to the backboard at 200 mph and bounce off which could have been a very very bad ally oop!

gooma - a few ? a lot? I think I'll have a tweak tomorrow. I'll have a few more games and more numbers. That should be one of those. I worry about raising the FG% so I might just go slowly at first!

I have a separate MyLeague going with fantasy teams playing

I saw 5 in one game by clippers and 2 for the raptors but other games only 1 or 2 and they were getting blocked unless the success was up around 90 overall seem very inconsistent

I made some minor changes after going through 6 games and 8 teams - nothing drastic.

One problem I;m addressing is that I believe you should foul out after 5 fouls and not 6. There are not enough fouls but there ARE enough FTAs so I don't want to screw around with with that.

Also I lower Game speed to 44 down from 45 to get just a few less FGAs and lower the average score from 100.1 to under 100.

I tweaked the FG% for UNDER the basket but raised it INSIDE. Both get about the same amount of shots.

I raised Stealing and blocking a little and after 6 more games I might lower them if it was too much but both were a little low - NOT sure of the difference between "steal success" and "stealing" but we shall see.

FT% seems low but I didn't worry about that this time. Not sure how to fix that one anyway.
