I like the realism I get between playing good teams compared to bad teams. I was playing as the Knicks and lost pretty badly to the Clippers, but dominated the Lakers. I saw Kristaps Porzingis block 4 shots which was pretty insane. I still think that the bench comes in the game too early in the 1st quarter, but I guess that is not fixable.

Re: Armor & Swords NBA 2K16 Pro/Sim/Real FG/FT%/Regular Joe Sliders
I switched over to your sliders after getting frustrated with another set, but I'm still having some real problems with points in the paint.
I'm getting some pretty unsustainable numbers on both sides of the balls in the Points in the Paint category. I'm something like 130 points higher than the next highest team (that being the team I played twice in the season so far), averaging mid-60s on both ends. This also means that my FG percentage is pretty high, so I wonder if the game is making me miss more open 3s and jumpers to balance it out.
Yes, small sample size, but this doesn't feel like it's going away. I can do a lot on the offensive end to get shots outside and try to slow down the game, but I don't know what to do on the defensive side - I can't control everyone on the court and the big man AI is just killing me.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.Comment

Re: Armor & Swords NBA 2K16 Pro/Sim/Real FG/FT%/Regular Joe Sliders
Are any versions of these on Xbox? Away from game right now, wondering if I can load them right away once I get on and not have to manually do it all myself. If not, that's cool, I could even do it for you. These look real good, as someone who just started playing on HOF, would these work on HOF? Or should I play on SS/All-Star to make it better?Comment

Re: Armor & Swords NBA 2K16 Pro/Sim/Real FG/FT%/Regular Joe Sliders
Switched to ALL-STAR difficulty. Loving it so far. Though still thinking about turning down the minutes to 10-11 minutes. I think 12 minutes are just too long.
Going to test the All-Star difficulty for some games.Comment

Re: Armor & Swords NBA 2K16 Pro/Sim/Real FG/FT%/Regular Joe Sliders
I might try this on All-Star. I'm at a crossroads bc the game plays so well with these sliders on Pro. But it's a little too easy and I want some games to be close and somewhat challenging. Idk if it's the defensive controller settings making defense a little too easy, or if I just need a move to All-Star (which is what I was playing on on Sim before these sliders.) I get a better challenge on All-Star sim, but the game clearly plays better on these sliders. Spacing is nice. I used to hate the real % shots but they play out well with these. I've been using 11 minute quarters since I got the game. I did 10 minutes last year but my scores were sometimes a little low and defense is better this year so 11 plays out right most of the time.
Armor just want your take on something, why do you have the controller settings at 100, 100, and Always? Do you think it makes defense easier? Do you think the game plays better like that? Just wondering. I might mess around with other settings and see what I get. Only other thing I noticed was passing might have been a little off, but maybe I wasn't making good passes.
Edit: Moved the controller settings to 0-50-Intense-D and changed the skill level to All-Star. Also got a great game. Lost with the Warriors at home to the Spurs 99-92. I'm a huge Spurs fan and I've watched them play the Warriors probably just about every time they ever have in the Steph Curry era and thought this game closely replicated real life. We had the lead and it just kind of slipped away when the game slowed down. Tried to overcome a 5-9 point deficient with a few minutes left and you could tell you pay in this game for rushing things. Missed some momentum swinging pull up J's that I've seen Steph miss in real life, but he was also all over the game and had like 25 or 26 points. He and Klay Thompson both looked like the elite shooters that they are. Fun game, I was only going to play a quarter or half to test the sliders but I was having so much fun I wanted to know what happened. First game I've played where I actually felt like I was moving the ball purposely like an NBA team. Curry and Klay were coming off screens and getting open half the time.Last edited by TexasRyan; 10-21-2015, 10:40 AM.Comment

So about to start my franchise in 2k16 after testing these sliders out (Great as always). I am however torn between MyGM and MyLeague. Curious as to what you guys prefer and why."Don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion!"

Hallo! I think I've found the best speed and quickness to mimic realism for an NBA game! Your sliders are great; here are the few things I changed:
Acceleration: 45
Speed: 100Comment

Re: Armor & Swords NBA 2K16 Pro/Sim/Real FG/FT%/Regular Joe Sliders
I really enjoy both but if you're looking for more of a realistic experience, MyLeague is the way to go. MyGM allows you to unlock certain traits that over time could make your team play better than they probably should.NFL: New England Patriots
NBA: Boston Celtics
NCAA: Michigan Wolverines, UNH Wildcats
NHL: Boston Bruins

Re: Armor & Swords NBA 2K16 Pro/Sim/Real FG/FT%/Regular Joe Sliders
These have been awesome, but I have one question. My players seem to pass the ball out of bounds all the time. Like 10 times a game. Is that because:
1) The sliders trend toward this
2) I'm doing something wrong, like holding the right trigger on fast breaks, which makes a more aggressive and less accurate pass??The Bulgarian Brothers - a story of two brothers (Oggy and Dinko) as they coach in the NCAA and the NBA.
