Okay guys, been working on a update to lower user shot percentage while raising cpu's. Part of the reason users was higher was due to advantage in fast break game. once I negated that...it helped...some..but have had to make some other adjustments as for whatever reason....shooting and offense seems much easier after patch 4. so....before I post these as i am still testing a few things....Ill post what changes I am messing with that are giving me optimism.

Jump Shot Defense Strength (Gather): 33/42
Jump Shot Defense Strength (Release): 10/100

Hustle both to 33
Speed both at 45

Contest Shots: 42/67

CPU inside shot to 43, Close to 43, Midrange to 47

Shooting Foul: 100/87

Okay Guys!! I know I been MIA lately thats because been working hard on the slider grind after Patch 4!!...and Gents!! I've done it!! the stats! the fouls!! everything is so fricken good!! tested in over 15 games....with different teams vs different teams!! I am at work right now!! but this update is massive and a game changer!!


you will absolutely have to give these a try!! whether you have used mine before or used someone elses!! these are worth 1 game!! at least!! stay tuned for the update to hit tonight around 6pm central time!!

Sliders have been updated!! Make sure you go through everything!! Gameplay Settings, Controller settings and sliders because changes have been made to everything!!

Last set a lot better. Feels like everyone is on adderall. Defensive assignments seem to be lacking. Guys allow easy lanes to drive and sag off to easy. idk but I'm not feeling them.

You have to set your defensive settings and play good defense. Its really just Getting used to them is all. The stats keep coming out crazy good

Players dont just have free lanes to the hoop, if you play good defense they wont get to the hoop unless off a play...The defensive Rotation is designed to break down at times..thats real NBA. It also depends on a teams chemistry.

I also have the rotations lowered some to help have late rotations for the user causing more fouls to get the cpu to the free throw line more so its not so lopsided.

all in all, if you set your defense assignments and settings up properly, and play good defense, you wont see anything you wouldnt see watching the NBA..players get to the hoop off of poor defensive rotations all the time, there are wide open jump shots being taken all the time..in fact very few of the shots in a real game are highly contested.

These are definitely tougher by far...it just takes getting adjusted and bumping up the skill.

This game was a lot of fun even though I shot so poorly. I was forced to take a lot of outside shots as SAS defense was very good. I wanted to see if I could get my butt kicked on the road as a bad team and did I ever. This is coming from a guy who plays HOF on 2k cam. These sliders with broadcast cam are no joke. I also never play on timing shooting or with the Lakers which is a reason my FG% is also low. Nice work man.

Thanks man!! yea pro can be made to be tough without boosting the CPU like those higher levels do. I noticed you shot 16 for 16 from free throw, make sure you have free throw settings to real field goal percentage and difficulty at 60...it helps lower the free throw percentages for the user.

This game I played with FT difficulty at 65 and it was better. The only thing I'm still watching is CPU 3pt. Spurs started off really bad against me, like 1/10 in the first half and as you see here the thunder weren't much better. This was still a fun game and was even an 8 pt game in the 4th but the thunder went 1/8 from 3 in the 4th. They couldn't really hit anything down the stretch.

looks like the difference in your game vs the thunder was free throws, shooting 25 vs 9....

and its soo weird...ill have games where cpu will also shoot in the 20's...

then i have games like that...where they shoot below 10...

but no matter what...i shoot around 20 or so...

i really cant figure out how to get the user to foul the cpu more to get a better balance at the line...

I will look at bumping 3 point shot for cpu maybe 1 point...it does look as though 29% is short of the 31% low for a team shooting the 3 last year and obviously the thunder are a good 3 point shooting team..
