Nobody ever comes to help when you penetrate so you can never kick out to your shooters and it makes too much paint cheese for the user IMO.
Unfortunately my sliders are for the default 2k roster. However since I'm very happy with this set, I might start working on a set for the simworld sliders. Going to be a challenge as their roster is simply great.

Forcing me to move away from Wade as the primary scorer & get the ball moving more. Luckily I had the best shooting game I've ever had on these sliders. Including knocking down 3 consecutive three pointers in crunch time to help me win the game.

Hawks had a couple of starters injured & out for the game. On top of that were on a 8 game winning streak. As expected, I blew them out.

Now the Bucks game is what I spoke on in my last post. They actually got out to an early 8 point lead & their offense was looking very good. From the 2nd quarter on I never really had a problem defending them. I crowded the paint & made them shoot long jumpers. It just seemed too easy, can't really put my finger on exactly what it was. I want to credit my play but I don't know.

Thanks insight for this type of feedback. The CPU is meant to adjust to how you play, both offensively and defensively. I will keep an eye out. A larger sample size is needed, but you make an interesting point here, so thank you. I've noted this down as something I'd like to have a look at.

I changed my league to your sliders. It's going better than when I use play now... I wonder why...

You and Ace make a good team. I really hope to see you on NBA 2k18 slider boards. After all you saved the game for me.

This weekend I plan to upload your sliders review on YouTube. I'll let you know so you can check it out.

              Cheers

Like my man Ace said, we aint winning a grammy for making the best slider set. We're solely in this for you guys. I personally just enjoy making a great slider set for the fans.

Yea we surely enjoy tweaking and sometimes it can get addictive.. We do it for everyone to enjoy the game.. For beginners, it teaches u to be patient and learn the plays that thr NBA team runs and also fatigueness.. For experts, it teaches you to also be patient and push u to the last second sometimes.. I know 2k has more work to do but I still believe that this is the best sports video game with these sliders.. I've tried everyone on here sliders and I believe that this set is the best for expects and also for beginners.... all we need now is a great roster set

And I forgot to also add that most sliders set on here are for my league and my Gm...i believe that play now and mylegue/mygm are two different play style which affect the game play.. I prefer myleague/mygm because the sliders seems to just work alot better

Yeah. They play a tad different on my league mode. However you can still test using play now modes also when required. The only thing left to do now is test for consistency. I think a much bigger sample size is needed. Say 45-50 of a myleague season to compare boxscores etc. To make sure games vary but also feel realistic at the same time. However we must remember weird things will happen in games sometimes, just like real life. Doesn't mean I scrap the sliders and make heavy tweaks. It's about consistency all around

I'm using these sliders in MyLeague. Having a blast with them, nice job. I'm also playing on player lock and having great results.

I'm on Ps4, it's 4 months after release, and no one has completed an accurate roster with ratings, tend, sigs, etc(2016/2017 season). If I trusted this game a tad bit more I'd dive in see if I couldn't put something together. I just don't know if this year's game is worth the effort...

My bro has an xbox.. Is simworld really where it's at? Worthy of a purchase?

Great to know youre having a blast. Simworld is completely free! Check out their thread in the roster section. Im thinking of buying a PS4 simply for the Last of Us 2 and Red Dead Redemption. I really want to spend a couple months working on my own roster with the help of some of you guys. If I can get a team of at least 2-3 people, I think it would be worth totally making a custom roster to fix all the tendencies etc.

                              Hey man,

I've started my first 2K17 season yesterday (was a pretty avid 2Kx player till 2K13; have played the whole series On/Off ever since then) with my Thunder, but I still have some problems.

-I can't really defend yet, but that's on me.
-I have huge troubles hitting open 3s. Oladipo, Morrow and Abrines are like 25 % from 3. I wait for them to set their feet and fire away, but they brick so damn many.
-I barely ever finish with contact at the rim. Same goes for the CPU. If there's a foul, it's almost an automatic miss.

I'm using the official 2K roster.

                              Is this 'normal'?

All this seems normal to me. I would need a larger sample size, plus screenshots. With 3PA, just like real life, players go cold sometimes, but in other games they are hot. With my set, I have seen both sides of this.

It will take time to improve your defence.

With contact shot success, I am seeing a good balance of misses and also and 1's.
Thank you for the feedback however. Really does help. I will keep my eye on those points you mentioned and see if there really is some inconsistency.
