I'm looking to move him to the Magic for Fultz , Isaac , Terrance Ross and a couple draft picks . I'm no expert in trades and just curious if this is a good return and if it's fair for both teams . Who comes out as the winner in this ? Should I give the Magic more or should I get more in return ?

I'm not much of a trading expert myself but I think if you want to rebuild the Wizards you must undoubtedly give up Beal, the players asked for in return are great but I think you should put in something more to give to the Magic.
Also because the Magic are willing to sell Fultz & Isaac who in my opinion are two excellent players in the future, I think you should include a second tier player.
    At least that's my thinking
There is no particular team, I am a European with a passion for the NBA

Yeah as much as I hate to lose Beal , I know he is the one that has to be moved in order for the Wizards to start rebuilding. There's no way any team is taking on Walls huge contract and recent injury record . The full trade is Beal , the vet Ish Smith to replace Fultz at point and some youngster who's name I forgot . I actually could have taken Gordon or even Bamba in this trade instead of T. Ross but I knew that was wayyyy too much for the Magic to give up . I wanted to make sure that I leave them with some solid pieces to move forward with . Beal instantly becomes the biggest star the Magic had in probably a decade and they still have a solid core to move forward with . Overall I feel good about this trade and so excited to play with this wizards team now .

I've done a few MyLeague runs now with the Knicks and I've won the title within 4 years each time. Each using the sliders in here along with CelticLG's roster.

There are things in team building which the simulator clearly weighs:
        1) How many players you have with at least A- potential
        2) How many balanced quality players you have
        3) How many of those players can defend on the perimeter (because having those kind of players, then setting up your coach settings to physical defense, defend the perimeter makes a difference)
        4) How proficient your players are to the preferred system your coach is running (I've done Pace & Space, Defense, Perimeter Centric, and now Seven Seconds or less)

A balanced roster with a couple star players and a bunch of useful guys at least 75 overall who have positional flexibility (for the sake of optimal rotations) works best.

I'll admit though, running the Knicks actually has some advantages the Wizards might not have:

        A) No matter what you do, the Knicks will STINK in year one. #tanking
        B) Because they signed so many players to those 1+1 deals, you can make multiple realistic trades with a bunch of those players at the first trade deadline to accumulate future picks (Barrett & Robinson are the only two Knicks players who will still be on the Knicks two years from now, unless Frankie learns how to shoot)
        C) NBA 2k20 didn't program the rest of the league to realize Kevin Knox is hot garbage, so you can get something for him in year 1.

If you luck into a top pick or have enough picks to trade up in your first off-season, you can get on the right track pretty quick. Utilize team options and for non-franchise players, try to negotiate the -5% contracts when you can for future cap flexibility.

Also, if your staff is bad like the Knicks staff is bad, fire everyone as soon as you start the league and hire some competent people.

I have the veto trade option on, which really comes in handy as the trade logic in the game has its flaws. But you can team build while making sure not to take a deal that's too weighted in either direction.

You make some very good points. This is why i placed the knicks at #10 in my rebuild video and the wizards at #1. In terms of challenge.

Re: Schnaidt1's 2k20 MyLeague and Gameplay Sliders

Wonderful! I have no other words. I was wrong not to use the CelticLg roster berore because coupled with Schnaidt's slides they are really real basketball.
I'm doing the Knicks rebuilding, season 14 games, play off with only conference finals and nba finals at best of 7, quarter of 10 minutes and out with 5 fouls.

After several exchanges the line up is:

            Devonte Graham
            Barrett
            Burton
            MPJ
            Kleber

            from the bench:
            Dunn
            Dennis Smith jr
            Barea
            Robinson
            Tybulle
            Mike Scott
            Harkless
            Muscala

            Dort in GLeague.

First game home win quite in control with Hornets.

Against Boston I stayed in the game until the end but I didn't manage to win. I really enjoyed myself even though I lost and was always down in the score.
To give a little more weight in the frontcourt I hired Cousins who was a free agent.

Idk, ill try to tinker to my liking. Maybe 60 regression? Thanks again for your help.

For what it’s worth, I did some testing of my own using CelticLG’s roster with Schnaidt’s sliders. I kept everything the same as Schnaidt but bumped up the progression to 60.

I found that after 5 years, the number of players at each overall window were very similar. A slight regression in the number of players ranked between 70-74 and 75-79, so I made it 63 and kept doing my base MyLeague.

I can upload sliders if you’d like, but like I said, exact same as Schnaidt just with a 60 progression

You’ll have a lot of fun using Celtic’s roster and these sliders. The game is completely different from the 2K version and feels more like realistic basketball.

Edit: one thing I might adjust is CPU and User consistency. I’d recommend dropping user consistency and bumping up CPU. I’ve found that in a lot of games using that roster the CPU will be super competitive except for one quarter where you beat them by 15 and it decides the game.

I think consistency would solve that issue, but you could also try bumping up the CPU offensive attributes by 2-3 at a time until it evens out, along with increased consistency

Interesting and awesome that the amount of 90s and 80s stated balanced.

What draft classes did you use and how did those players progress??

I played Bucks-Magic with Celtic's roster and won by 18(?). Game was actually really fair and was close at times. I big change from some other sliders I was using where I'd beat teams like Boston by 40. Gonna play Milwaukee-Toronto to confirm what I believe will be my official MyLeague slider set.

As mentioned before I've been playing these sliders with MyLeague (Knicks).
Latest "testing sliders". Feels great. Competitive and close games.

Sometimes I think the user help defense could be a bit better.

                              Roster I play with:
                              PSN: tynole14
                              "Most Realistic Gameplay Roster"

After a horrible season one I know rebuilded the Knicks and immediately got success:

                              F. VanVleet
                              R.J. Barrett
                              J. Brown
                              J. Randle
                              J. Wiseman

Just to give feedback that these sliders play really great with that roster. Stats are really realistic and there a no crazy trade requests etc.
