I use real player % and too many blocks and even when I'm open, I cant make any inside shots.

So I'm looking at a combination of lowering cpu shot contest and blocking slider to help with this particular problem.

If anyone would like to help me test and find a happy medium I'm starting with lowering each by 10... And then continue to lower in increments of 5 as needed until a healthy balance is found.

Lateral quickness will be seeing a buff as well based on feedback.

i have been looking at a few things with this most recent patch...a bump to lateral quickness has been 1 of them. thank you for that feedback.

are you seeing the issue as others have reported of cpu 3 percentage way to high and also too many cpu blocks??

Nope, everything has been pretty much perfect for me. The games are competitive, the stats at the end of the game are all good. I'm playing on 11 minute quarters, lateral quickness at 37 for both user and cpu, and using real fg%, I didnt touch anything else and the game has been feeling pretty solid.

I personally have lost four of 5 games. I mean I’m playing D on the CPU like I was Kawhi and they still hitting 3’s sometimes five six in a row during a quarter. During this run the CPU is averaging around 132 a game. I just got destroyed by the 76ers by 22. Embiid was on the bench a lot for them because of foul trouble but Tobias must of shot like 8/9 from 3. Ridiculous. I was switching going over screens he wouldn’t miss hands in his face at the rim. Even the scrubs were roasting me. A good controller was completely obliterated against my wall because I lost my temper. Lol please help fix this game yo. Up until that update I was having fun! I don’t mind good competition but I lost to Charlotte and Atlanta man an they both put up over 130 points everybody can’t be shooting over 60 percent from 3 and I can’t hit a lay up to save my life because my shots getting sent half way up to the 200 level! Game was boring until I came across these sliders. An now it feels like I’m playing with 2ks Superstar cheese sliders. I don’t want no more updates from them man. They screwing with my Chi

Schnaidt, I implemented your simulation sliders before the start of my fourth ML season. Seeing some crazy results in terms of points per game by top players.

Through 25 games, six players are averaging more than 30 ppg. Ten are averaging more than 28 ppg, and 19 are averaging more than 25 ppg.

The top team in the league is averaging 120 ppg, I think IRL that number is typically around 118, so that doesn't seem to be the issue. It's more about spreading the wealth.

Is this by design? A fluke with too small a sample size? Or should I adjust something to balance out these results a bit?

Sounds like a Nerf to cpu offensive consistency and awareness is needed

Lol not at all, i told ppl i hadn't really tested my simulation sliders and would most likely be borrowing them from someone else down the line , but ppl still wanted them so i posted what i had.

Going to try these sliders with the modifications that some guys have recommended above. Only issue I'm having is 53 game speed is so fast LOL. Had to go down to like 48,47ish

Gotta say I miss using these sliders on 1.07. That was probably the most well balanced 2K gameplay I’ve had since really diving into sliders. The fact that 1.08 messes up a ton of stuff to the point that it makes this current set unrecognizable and unplayable makes my blood boil. Really hope you can work your magic to get back to where we were before, though knowing 2K they’ll probably drop another game changing patch in another week or two.

If you get the cpu shooting decent amount of free throws at lower game speed please let me know

I just want to apologize in advance for my rant... The set you created was absolutely magnificent. As I said before when I first got the game an tried the out the box all star was just too easy. Superstar was too cheesy. Then I found your set. An I was having fun and getting excellent numbers. The stats and gameplay was just awesome. I understand updates. Presentation an a few other fixes sure especially when it comes to fixing major glitches but messing with gameplay is hella annoying man. I mean I was hoping stuff would balance out but now I’m at a point where I’m just not going to play till I see what you might change here. I know you made some recommendations... I realize you have given us a basis to work with but may I ask what your approach would be with the changes up or down by 5 or 10 or less. I also don’t mind being patient until your time allows for such conversations. Thanks in advance. No more 2K until I get this thing resolved. MyLeague is worthless without a proper set like yours!

I know right... It's really frustrating.

I've always kinda had a wait and see mentality with 2k patches because if they screw something up, they will sometimes release something to fix it.

So now I'm more working on a band aid vs fix.... If it goes a little while and nothing drops from 2k, then I'll go full on fix.
