I'm appreciative of Eccentrics's post every year confirming that things still work as described. Makes one piece of the puzzle easier to sort out every year.

    Many thanks.

Damn, LORE? I’m humbled lol much appreciated man!

Just saying it's a darn good thread. This post created in 2015 (um...7 years ago) is referenced frequently, gets updated yearly, and continues to inform our sliders now.

      Good post.

An issue I have is going along the same route as this thread...

I have an issue when strong, dominant players are getting stopped by even the smallest players. I.e. lebron driving, but Trae Young can get in front of him, and bump him, and he stops dribbling.

I've tried all the usual culprits such as body up sensitivity, on ball defense, lateral, defensive awareness and consistency, all set to zero... And ball security and strength set to 100 and CPU to zero. Nothing is working.

LeBron has a couple of driving size-up moves that will allow you to blow past your defender, Turbo-Right Stick-Up etc. will allow you to get past (or have the defender ride your hip as you drive towards the basket). That is a good go-to move, but also keep in mind to Pick & Roll/ Pick & Fade to see what the defense does to exploit when and where you decide to use LeBron.
