    Yeah - I've been playing with some tweaks since 2K changed some stuff a few weeks ago. I've just been a little burned out, busy at work, and traveling so play time has been sparse.

    I hope to get a few games in this weekend so I'll see how those go and if I'm happy with the gameplay and results I'll post the update.

        Have you found some of the players to be a bit passive with your tendency edits?

        Luka and Kyrie both had 50% of their shots from 3 and didn't want to drive as much as I would have thought.

          Yeah - sometimes. But I find the game generally drives too much. You can absolutely make individual adjustments for key players where you want to see more aggressive drives or other behaviors.

          Always take slider suggestions as a starting point then tweak for your play style or observations. Have fun!

            Just found your sliders after months of searching for sliders that weren't next gen and I'm glad I did. I've played 2 games so far, in the middle of the third one and I think after i tweaked it a bit it feels right to play with on my player lock. The only issue now is that there's less free throws when I'm not simming games. The team fouls are relatively high, but neither team rlly gets to the line and both cpu and user sliders for shooting fouls are at 100, is there any other change I could make?

              Yeah - this is a challenge because the game engine just does not recognize enough shooting foul situations without roster edits. See my first page for those.

              The balance to find is roster edits that give enough shooting fouls but that don't result in 5oo free throws in Simmed games. I have sim sliders posted too that help but its a tricky mix to get right.

              BTW - I'm working on a big update that changes my sliders a bit as a result of some change 2K made to shooting (or its just a placebo effect...but anyway). Mostly tweaks to shooting, body up, defensive, on ball D, and offensive awareness. I'll keep this current version loaded as "previous" but you might check out what I post in a few days if testing goes OK. So far so good.

                I'm excited to test that out. I tweaked your sliders a bit and now my only problem is that teams don't go on runs because I set the off and def consistency the same for both the CPU and USER players go on hot streaks and cold streaks because of the offensive consistency, but I'm not really too sure where to put defensive consistency. Gonna try setting is at 75 off and 35 def for both and see how that plays out or if players will just be able to score at will

                  So tested it and it seems lowering the defensive consistency increased the fouls as well. Shots are going in at a high clip bc not too much defense is being played. My player is on the timberwolves and we're facing the suns rn. This is the result of the first game with the test. I'll bump up the defensive consistency sliders and see how we do in another game.

                    Here is the draft update I have been experimenting with.

                    Shout out to schnaidt1 for the reduction to Off Awareness that I made. I really like the gameplay with this setting. It's a little counter intuitive but I think the offensive flow is better. The CPU seems more decisive and not hunting for the best shot, but takes what is there more readily.

                      I'll try these out and let you know. I'll have to find a sweet spot for the sliders as since I only control one player both cpu and user would have to be the same for pretty much everything but shooting fouls

                        I hear ya. I'm finding user shooting % is too high (50%+) so still tweaking. Let me know what you find.

                          since I set both I'm finding that the cpu is making every shot thats wide open. Might turn down the success sliders a bit.

                              What I'm doing right now is I lowered everything down to the original post, lowered offensive and defensive awareness to 15, and then I jacked up the off and def consistency. So far so good. Seeing a lot of big and small runs. Teams get into shooting slumps or go hot and hit all 3s. Just fine tuning it rn bc 90 off cons and 80 def cons seems too high so there's little room for comebacks and the players that were cold can't really catch fire in the game any longer

                                I think I'm really happy with the sliders now. Bumped the consistency down to 85 for offense and 75 for defense and had this banger game where I went 5/8 from 3 in the 4th quarter and brought us back from a 21 point deficit. Went on a huge run to bring the game within 10, but we ran out of steam with 4 minutes to go and they pulled away again
