Jordan Era V1 adjustments are now on the OP Right below the “Gameplay Slider Settings bolded in Blue”

Minor shooting and foul slider adjustments.


The Shooting slider adjustments are just for the human side while the foul slider adjustments apply to both the HUM and CPU.


Also please note on the difficulty settings when setting up your My Era Mode:

CPU Injuries and Human Injuries are set to 60 (down from 100) each and Injury effects for both HUM and CPU remain at 65.

Seeing plenty of in game injuries and simulated injuries at 60 which for me is the right sweet spot. I like Injury Effects at 65 because they need to have some bite and make you adjust your rotation and rest injured guys more. When a star get’s hurt you can guy it out....but they will not be as good as they should be.

If you don't mind me chiming in I can tell you what I did. I always get stuck between Pro and All Star. I liked the way I was playing on offense but the other team wasn't scoring enough so I bumped up their shot successes by like 4-5 each until they picked up the offense. Bumped up a few of the attribute sliders closer to 50 as well so they played a little tougher. Lots of trial and error with little tweaks until you get what plays best for you since we all play different. Armor always has the best base to start that with with his sets though.

This is the way. Slider sets often play a little different for everyone. Tweaking to get the gameplay that works for you is exactly right.

You may also find that you need to make small periodic adjustments as you get used to the CPU reactions and tendencies.

Or when 2K patches in a change. Grrr.

Hey man, I played games with the Rockets, Bulls and Pacers against Blazers, Celtics and Knicks respectively. The sliders play incredible overall but at times I wish the AI was just a small bit more potent on offense.

I'm going to try another bunch of games and if I feel the same way afterwards I'll just raise their shooting sliders a bit and see how it goes.

I had a PS5 and a Xbox Series S, but the kids usually played the PS5 and Xbox was in the bedroom with the surround sound, so I purchased on the Xbox first. Well, after all about a week I ended up doubled dipping and got it on the PS5 for the same reason you are thinking about buying one haha. I just have to put on headphones since no surround sound, and push the kids off lol, but the community support is so much better on the PS5 for this game.

Started a Jordan Era Portland Trail Blazers franchise with Clutch’s roster.

Opening night the Cav’s smoked me at home. We take on The Suns in a home back to back and we gotta be better!!!

We went ahead and signed SG Oscar Schmidt. Danny Ainge’s defense forced me to make that move!!! He was dreadful on that side of the floor. I can’t have him out there as long as I did last night.

We are off and running!

Just got the game yesterday and used these sliders in a Joaran Era and a Kobe era game and it worked great with both. It seems like last year I had to play 12 min quarters to get realistic scores but the 10 minutes work like a charm here!

Just curious, is there is a reason that you don't normalize player minutes? I'll admit I'm a stats guy and I know you're not so much, but I was just curious if you found it messed anything up or if you just felt there was no need for it? I know normalizing stats and scores can get kind of funky but I didn't know about minutes.

That is because I have simulation quarter length set to 10 minutes as well. So there is no need.
