These are excellent sliders but the shooting overall is very low most of these teams shot around 50% back in the day and the scores were in the 120s most of the times .
Most of these players if you gave them an open shot they would hit it 7 out of 10 times depending on range that needs to be represented.

Badges aren’t tied to sliders - they are tied to rosters

Update after update is killing this game for me.

This game was nearly perfectly balanced, but now something is up w/ shooting %'s.

When Reggie Miller is at 34% shooting after 12 games....something is off.

This game was nearly perfectly balanced, but now something is up w/ shooting %'s.

When Reggie Miller is at 34% shooting after 12 games....something is off.

Sure seems like it! They have changed something with shooting recently. I'm finding inside scoring too easy and midrange and 3 pointers are much harder.

I'm using Real % and just had to bump mid and 3pt by 4-6 clicks. I'm also playing with a combo of Inside Shot Success and Layup Defense Strength (Release) sliders to get inside shotting % back down to reasonable levels.

I knew something was up wasn't trying to blame armor but Kevin McHale was shooting in the 40s and 30s and the same for most of the Celtics

I've only been playing the game a few months so I always saw the shooting percentage lower so I always try to keep all shooting sliders around 50 for both human and computer

I have a slider update incoming. Almost done testing it.

Improves CPU shooting.

Here are the new values for close shot, mid range and three point shot for both CPU and HUM

I decided to start a long term brand new Jordan Era Miami Heat franchise and I turned off the salary cap. This will make it quite interesting long term.

It will also allow some wild storylines to evolve around the league in free agency.

Just a personal preference.

I am using MJ Wizards Roster for this one and his 1992 draft class. I will use Clutches 93-94-95 draft classes as we move thru the years.

IMO the game plays as good as ever….but that is just my opinion. I think if you just go into it and have fun and love retro 80’s/90’s basketball…..it’s heaven. I will not need a new 2K for a long time if ever.

Now the real question is…..do I tank for Shaq or Zo….LOL!!!

Also an Xbox guy here looking forward to the page one update. Just picked it up this weekend after a 7 year NBA 2K hiatus. I have absolutely no interest in current hoops, so this era mode is the only thing that pulled me back in.
