are these good for CPU vs. CPU?

Re: NBA 2K25 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set
I’ve been using on of the sliders here to run a myNBA save file.
I hadn’t played for a while but it seems after the last patch the sliders have been overwritten ?
The sliders are still active on the main game (features/sliders) but when I log into myNBA save none of the sliders carry over and it’s just stuck on the defaults.
I can’t figure out any way to transfer the sliders over / just change the myNBA slidersComment

What user/cpu injury slider do you use in a season that seems to be most realistic? Hard to figure out what’s right over the long run until you do a ton of games
Honestly would be awesome if anyone has a slider/setting guide for a season. So not the specific gsmeplay sliders but all the other settings/sliders relevant to just the season stuff. There’s so many things to consider I usually just leave as default bc it’s overwhelming, curious what key things others change to create a more realistic season?Comment

Wasn't that the slider they removed because it no longer did anything? It was replaced by the Risk/Reward shooting settings.Comment

Not reliably, as far as I can tell. Seems that sometimes they just dummy out and forget to play basketball until the shot clock is about to expire, and it’s been that way in 2K games for as long as I can remember.

I would check out @SimGamingNetwork on YouTube. He used to be a big slider contributor on these forums before migrating to YT and Discord. His MyNBA settings and sliders have been my go-to since the options were added to the mode years ago.
Possibly? I haven’t tried any CPU vs CPU but I would imagine they work fine.

You can either manually enter the sliders within MyNBA, or go to the gameplay sliders inside MyNBA and load your saved copy of the sliders.
I’d have to check, but I wouldn’t be surprised. The new Shot Timing Profile feature makes this slider redundant.Comment

Re: NBA 2K25 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set
I think I've found my happy medium, upping the pass speed a little and lowering the help defense.
The one thing I can't seem to figure out is contested layups, putbacks, anything where I get a rebound and either fake once and go up or immediately go back up. I'm shooting like 10-15% on these, while the CPU doesn't seem to have issues. I'm playing with real player % on these... I would've expected a lot more of these to drop.
Probably unrelated to sliders, but why the hell does the AI not run the fast break? I get a steal and it's like my team deliberately stops so that the other team can get back on defense. So ****ing annoying.Comment

Re: NBA 2K25 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set
Based on the excellent Sliders of Eccentric, which I find to date the best basic set published, I have changed some things in recent weeks by increasing the CPU ability and I have found a great balance. I shared sliders like Teknofilo 2.0Comment

Re: NBA 2K25 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set
Sorry I haven’t had an update in a while, been busy the last few weeks and honestly still pretty happy with how the game is playing with the current settings. I hope to get back to more intensive testing ASAP, especially while using CelticLG’s ATD roster [emoji1305]
As far as any personal tweaks any of you have made to the set, feel free to post those tweaks in the thread here so that others can quickly see and test them out for themselves!Comment

Re: NBA 2K25 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set
I 'm at 62 game in regular season and I find everything very balanced. I slightly modified the sliders to make the CPU stronger in ball management And I'm making further changes that I will publish in the coming days to make the CPU more competitive (Strong). For now I have shared the Teknofilo 2.1 sliders if you want to try them.Comment
