Re: NBA 2K25 "The Eccentric Edition" - Realistic Slider Set

Wanted to give this thread a bump.

Great set of sliders once again this year. The increase to the tendencies was noticeable at first game. Lots of fouls on both sides to emulate realistic FT's & Team fouls, etc...

Thanks again. Appreciate all your efforts annually.

    Regards,

Looks very interesting. Are these available on 2K share for the PC? I have that version of the game.

Is this site dead? No response since May 1st.

Eccentric Are you thinking of making your own set of sliders this year too?

Yes, we for sure need eccentric sliders once again!

Yes, I am planning to release sliders for 2K26. Already working on a few basic tweaks as we speak.

2K needs to find a balance between drive and kick actions and finishing at the rim. The CPU always passes to the shooter in the corner 99% of the time.

This seems to be the exact opposite of older versions, where the shooter always ended up at the rim.

Do you think you can correct this with sliders or a patch is needed.

A patch will almost certainly come to fix the unintended "ignore wide open layup and choose to pass it out to a covered perimeter player" behavior. Roster/Slider edits can likely alleviate the issue in the short term.

A lot of things I like (movement, animations, foot planting, help defense, the general look and feel of the game).

A lot of things I dislike (TOO much drive-and-kick, lack of fouls, lack of shot timing profiles).

The game is fun, but definitely doesn't give sim results right now. If I can fix the fouls, drive-and-kick, and hopefully avoid having to switch to Real Player % shooting, I'll be very happy with the gameplay.

I think game speed 45 or less is better.
