Yeah you can, you have to select the rating you want to edit in rosters I think, then hit like circle, and put in the new value.

I didn't change anyones except Rafer Alstons dribbling rating, to 95. I only changed sliders. I changed all the players in Live though.

I Changed STEPHEN JACKSON from the Spurs.

He has proved to the league that there are some diamonds in the rough and not all lower level basketball players are not worth taking a look at.

Stats this year:
PPG: 11.7
RPG: 3.8
BPG: 1.2
GS: 7

20 Point Games: 6 (Including a 30 point game against the LAKERS in which he shot 8-10 from 3PT Range)

Original Rating: 65............My Rating: 80

You can't edit the overall rating, you can only edit each individual rating(like dunk, dribble, 3 point, offensive rebound, ect), adjusting each individual rating will affect the overall rating.

If you change offensive awareness and defensive awareness ratings, based on the team, you will see NBA 2K3 go to another level.

I just edited all the things I thought needed to be edited for S. Jackson and he turned out to be an 80 Overall which is pretty fairly accurate.

Could you expand on that a little bit? You saying raise all of the Maverick player's OA up and lower their DA? I remember you had a post about changing all of the PG's OA to 60(if I remember correctly), but what about other players and the defensive awareness? I don't think we quite get what you are saying here......

I fixed up Wagner , Yao, Amarae, Hill (^'p his shooting a bit)

Yeah, I think I need to raise Yao, Ricky Davis, and Wagner as well... good call.

Rafer Alston's dribbling to 95 is good... I definately will make a note to do that

Lamar Odom's I would bring back to around 89 or so... which was his rating in last year's game, he's come back from his year long hiatus to put up his usual numbers and looks as good as he did before his suspensions/injuries.

Out of the box, some players don't play like themselves offensively. You have to move more offensive type players OA's up, make all PG's about 60, yes even Kidd (he'll still do his thing), otherwise you have PG's that dominate the game (how it is out the box). Make the bad defensive teams, Denver, Memphis, etc. make most of their players' DAs low, and for a team like the Pistons, make most of theirs high, stuff like that.

I also edited dunk ratings for post players so more guys would throw it down when close to the basket.
