      PPG 13.5
      ORPG 0.5
      RPG 2.8
      APG 6.3

The good (in all games): Good shot selection
The bad (in almost all games): Allow man to score
Lacking Effort (in all games): Good spacing - I am not sure how to fix this, if you have an idea please letme know.

      Overall 41 - 2nd round 22 pick to Pacers.

I was overjoyed at the fact that the game realized that I was filling the lane correctly on a fast break! You don't need to be making the dunk.layup to get the positive points.
I will probably make another run before the game comes out and end up something like: PG overall 42-43, 2nd round pick 20ish.
A 41 overall seems a bit low, what are you using your skill points on? Are you spreading them out to a number of categories?

I'm just wondering because I made one character who was initially a 42 overall...

I increased ball handling, some med-3p shooting, speed - and other things as well. but most of the points are used on the first three I mentioned.
I will definitely create another player and try again.

Re: Post Draft Combine Player Stats

I've messed around with a lot of different player types, my most recent player was:

                Name: Ricky Li
                From: China
                Height: 6'7''
                Weight: 155
                Position: Shooting Guard (Slashing)
                Rating: 47

                Stats:
                PPG: 22.2
                RPG: 9.3
                APG: 3.6
                SPG: 0.8
                BPG: 0.6
                TPG: 1.2
                FG%: .580
                3PT%: .500
                FT%: .186

Around the basket Li is pretty money, I managed to get his mid-range jumper to a respectable rating as well... His size makes him a fairly good defender... Despite his high RPG average though his off. and def. rebounding ratings are actually pretty low, I probably should have spend some skill points on making them higher I think there will be some problems translating his rebounding over to an actual NBA game when I SIM.

He's projected to be drafted by the Heat which kind of sucks since he's going to be stuck behind D-Wade...

You dudes must be forcing the issue to average 20+ PPG. I would say the games average out between 45-60 pts. I played about 4 positions, never averaged more than 14

I was quite ecstatic. So far after two games I average:

                  46 PPG, 7.5 RPG, 5.5 APG, 5 SPG, 0.5 BPG, 78.5% FG (2nd Round, 1st Pick)

My 6'11" center is currently averaging 14 and 10 I believe. Just finished my last game with 22 and 14, still have 2 or 3 games left. Can you upload a guy if you only have XBox Live Silver? I only have 1 XBox Live account and I already used it on a pass-first PG but I'd like to upload this guy on one of my other accounts. But yeah, this account only has Silver.

Re: Post Draft Combine Player Stats

I am 3 games into my combine with a 6' athletic pg. I have been playing well, trying to stick to my position, and trying to actually play the game. So far I am averaging around 21 points, 13 assists, 5 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. The only reason I am even scoring that much is in game 2 I kinda took over scoring in the 4th quarter as my teammates weren't hitting their shots and the game ended up going to overtime. It is possible to play this game without cheesing and if you do you will put up decent enough numbers. I am currently a 41 overall and projected 2nd round 12th overall.

As far as getting into the 1st round, the only thing I see as a major hindrance is the overall ratings. Possibly if you increased things that are low and cheap like awareness that would increase your overall more. Also, the unpredictable personality might effect it. You could try improving the emotion or something to see if that changes that. They probably just want to leave the 1st round as is though like madden does in superstar mode so it doesn't greatly effect the rosters.

                          Wondering the same thing.

On a sidenote, just had the following stat line as my 6'11" Center in my 4th or 5th game (I think 4th): 24 Points, 12 Rebounds, 4 Assists, 3 Steals, 3 Blocks, 1 Turnover, 1 Foul, 12/15 Shooting. Very proud of it. I finally got some of the post moves down and it's worked wonders. They had to double me in the post at the end.

                            Sad.....
not really, the first guy i had averaged right about 20 points, i was playing very conservatively, just trying to make the objectives, and trying to pass the ball around.. i averaged around 20 pts, 5 reb, 3 ast, 1 stl i think..

though right now when i play i want to be a top 10 pick so i force it a lot and my current my player averages around 30, 9, 4 i think..

i play sf in the game by the way..

i hate how the game makes you try to average outrageous numbers just to get into the top 10.. it makes playing a lot less fun because you're just focused on scoring and stats, unlike when you're just trying to enjoy playing basketball.. they should reward you more for playing good rather than having outrageous stats..

it's a projection, so there's no guarantee on where you'll end up.. most probably it'll be around that number you were projected to be on..
