Well for you PC modders like myself a new tool is availible that finally lets us edit photos and logo .cdf files!

Now we just need to get a roster editor like last year and we can have complete, pristine rosters from here on out.

      Check the mod at http://www.moddingway.com/news/486.html

      I love PC gaming!

I'll be wetting my pants if you could do this with the rookie draft file, rookies with photos

My game is already nicely moded, I got new faces, a few courts (Chicago looks great), and a molten basketball. Oh and Iverson as my startup screen.

          maybe some1 can help me:

yesterday my sound was broke ingame, the music in the menu was normal, but commentators and such were like a radio voice from the 50's.
I reinstalled the game, started it, and now i have no sound at all.
i have a really frustrating week with this game, just couldnt login to 2k share and now this sound issue - anybody experienced this and has a solution ? thanks

          edit:

now im really pissed off, i read that online works now for you guys and i get always the message "couldnt find any realm servers"

how can the game work the first week perfectly and now everything is broke- i changed nothing in my system configuration -.-

            My 9800GT gets 25 FPS

            Edit:
Ok i found the problem..it lies with the Physix..when "players" is set to medium the framrate goes to 55 but then it seems physix is off so that sucks...i thought the 9800GT was able to play the physix with high framerate..i guess i was wrong..

            specs:
            vista sp2,9800GT,2gb ram,amd dualcore 6000+ x2 64

It's your cpu that's limiting the physics, not the video card.

So did i. My 5000+ Black Edition was pushed to 3.2ghz and it still only got 23fps paired with an ati 4870.

Shows you the player's shot range.

Sounds good...That's an exact match with my rig (is yours a Dell XPS by any chance?)

Does this have all the online functionality of the console versions? I won't even touch ranked multiplayer (gave up on that in B-ball games a long time ago), but does it have the NBA Today feature? MLB 2k9 was gimped in the online department so I was wondering. I've seen posts in this thread about uploading replays to 2ksports.com, so I assume that feature is in...

For $20 I'm sure it's worth it - heck, I even thought MLB was worth that, problems and all. Thinking about getting it, but I wanted to know about the online stuff first. This might be the first NBA game I've purchased in a long, long time.

I dont know if its been mentioned but with that memory tool you can change not only minutes but difficulty, sliders, foul rules in MyPlayer and many other stuff.. I even changed my players name..and set 2k cam as default in every mode..
Im playing superstar with some custom sliders.. infinitely better

I have some problems with sound, I hear 'crackling' sounds sometimes and the weird thing the commentators (and sidelines) sometimes talk really fast and sound like chipmunks.
