i can't rip a burned CD-RW on my xbox music library (it works fine with an "official" audio cd

any tips?

You have to burn the CDRW as an audio CD.

yes i did that, that's ok it works now.. burning with WMP didn't work but with itunes it did.

I got the Cavs Sword sound effect that you hear everytime they make a free throw. I don't know how to upload it so others could use it if they wish, so if someone could help me uploading it I will get it up ASAP.

I also have the Cav's Anthony Parker's specific Player sound. I got it from Madonna's Lucky Star song. I believe this is where they got his sound bit from.

There isn't a place to use it. You can't replace the FT made sound effect this year.

I think thats just part of the 80's themed music, when they rock the 80's Cavs jerseys.

I'm having an problem ripping music to my x-box 360 in general. I was trying to upload some songs I wanted to play for 2k10 so I burned them to an Audio CD and put it into my x-box. It recognized the CD and played fine but when I ripped it, it only ripped 3 songs. The others had a little sign to the right of them and they wouldn't rip. Anyone have a solution for this? Thank you.

try burning with itunes, it should work fine, i had the same problem with WMP

btw i have a new (big !) problem

after 24 CDs ripped into my 360, this b@#$% doesn't want to rip anymore !!! i mean ... my 360 is only 1 week old !

for those who burn with itunes, do u burn at the fastest speed? lowest? does that make any difference? thx

i'm scared to bring it back to the store to claim for a new one cause i wanna keep my hard drive (114 playlists !) and i can hear from here the famous "sorry ... we can't do that !"

what do you think?

Ok, having an issue. I have all the music on my PC and stream it to my 360 in playlists. The tip-off music works, the long music works, the up music..never works. Can't figure it out. I check the playlist that I chose in game out of game in the music library on my 360, and the playlist plays fine. In game, never hear any of the songs.

I had them set for each arena, deleted them all and set on global up playlist, still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

I don't know if anybody else noticed this or posted about it in this thread, but just realized that you can choose multiple songs/sounds for each event. I put in a team specific defense chant that I made, but it played almost every time I was on defense. It was still cool, but I was afraid it'd get old if I kept it in. But then I noticed that I could select more than one playlist for the defensive chant. I tested it out, and sure enough, it plays all the different songs for the chant! I can't tell if it's randomized or in order, but still, this adds even more depth to what you can do. You can have more than one type of defense chant, and you can also have any other song or sound play as well. I haven't tried it out for any other events, but it seems like all the others all can have multiple sounds too.
