OK ****KKK!!! im gettin really pissed off...

For cavs upcourt music, it used to work all the time, then I did somethin and renamed it and UPCOURT will NEVERRRR work now, I tried deleting and re-doing the upcourt playlist but still doesnt ****ing work. This shouldnt be that difficult. It used to work and now it flat out wont.

ok, has anyone else had this happened where it is playing my in game music tipoff, long, home, etc. but over the top of that its also playing the generic menu music which is in the game every now and then? I really don't want to restart my association, but....

Sorry if this question has been answered on a previous post but I don't want to go through the hassle of flipping back through all these pages.

Can someone tell me if "Each individual song has to be its own playlist. One song to each playlist" is true? If it is not can someone show me the tutorials on how to do this. It would mean alot thanks.

the short answer is that you do not NEED to have each song as its own playlist, but you CAN if you want

just think of it like this from a event by event basis:

-how many songs do you want in a teams TIPOFF playlist? likely just one. so youll have ONE SONG in ONE playlist for that

-how many songs do you want to be played during timeouts and beginning of qrts? Likely more than one, so have as many as you want in the LONG playlist.

The one warning is that you will need to know whats in each playlist when you enter 2k10s menu because they will only list the playlist name.

so unless you want one song to be repeated time and time again as your long, home up, away up, chant defense, or chant team, have more than one song per playlist. Or you can always go the route of having one song per playlist, and then choose those playlists in game, but thats alot of clicking and moving around in the menu system. multi-song playlists are your friend here.

for example: you can either have 25 playlists with 1 song in each, and then choose each playlist for LONG, or have ONE playlist titled "long 25 tracks" that does the same job.

Hey RubenD how did yoy set your reverbs? Do you reverb all your songs? Any presets on reverbs would mean alot. I have cooledit if that helps.

Another question. How long should each music last? For example if it's a timeout if I skip the timeout would my music still play if it is 3-4 minutes long?

Also for into/tipoffs if my music is 4-5 minutes long will it then play the whole song? Will I need to fade/cut it out parts of the song to make it fit?

I also want to know what does Long mean in the arena sound section? When I call timeout (the music playing) what section is that under?

Do you think you'll be adding additional music clips to your .zip as the season goes on?
