Yeah it probably can be turned off like most replays and post-play cuts, but it's disappointing that they didn't save the replays in general for breaks in the game. Seemed as if they were going that way with 2K9, but they went back the other way I guess. I'm not the type that likes to turn these things off since they add to the presentation package, but I might end up doing that at least for 2-player games because it's really distracting to me.

This is hilarious, b/c the few times that they did take a jumspshot, they missed. This is pitiful.

I don't think G Moments are very common though. Like I said earlier, they have a special highlights section for G Moments after the game alongside Photos and Signature Highlights. But the option was grayed out because no G Moments had occurred.

I was going to ask the same thing.

Yeah when they started showing replays/highlights during breaks in the game last year that was when I really knew that 2K was doing something special when it comes to replicating tv style broadcast presentation.

Yeah still though, no broadcast in the world has a replay ready in 1 second after it happened and no broadcast cuts to that replay immediately, missing the action taking place currently. That's the basic issue here, it just takes away from their broadcast style, which seems to be a big strength this year.

Yeah, that strobe light **** was weird as hell -- pretty sure they don't do that during NBA games since it would be distracting.

Haha, wow, they're able to run the break off of made baskets and hit the trailing man for a score. The dude took himself out of position a few times, but it seems way too easy for them to do that.

What a joke... they still haven't fixed the big-men-have-guard-like-handles problem. The guy playing as Minnesota tried to cheese with Jefferson and get to to hoop. Fortunately, he was stopped, but it wasn't because the game stopped him. It seems like the cheesers will be able to get to the rim at will with the bigs and the developers haven't done sh-t to stop it.

There's been 3 of them so far in this game (I haven't even been watching the whole time), all of which happened immediately after the play. Disappointing. It's a dunk-filled game, but still... shouldn't happen that often.

EDIT: haha, wow, they need to take a cue from Live and get some ball-handling turnovers into these games. Dude just tried crossing and spinning like 5 times (looked like Minn's SF), ran/iso'd in place most of the time, bumped in to the defender several times, and yet still finished with no bobbling at all. Probably low difficulty, but still, you CANNOT do that in Live and it's refreshing (no game war, just pointing that out).

I just read on the 2k forums that this was on rookie. Someone said they saw the option screen and the difficulty said rookie. I don't know if this is true, but if it is on rookie, this is a good thing in a sense. In 2k9 it was easier to score in the paint than this on superstar and HOF.

We probably shouldn't even watch this.. I know its user vs user, but seeing a lot of 2k9 things which made me put the game away last year. Sliding, awkward passing and am scared for the shooting percentages and point in the paint this year...

Have to agree with the instant replay after a big play, however the other presentation things in this game are top notch..

i understand people being mad cause these guys dont look like they are playing sim but i mean if you can get to the basket that easy with out any problem whats the point of even taking a jumpshot? 2k made the game this way why not take advantage.....its sad but true...2k9 looked like this in their videos last year and we all know how that went....

Hopefully that's the case. Would make me feel a lot better about what's going on in this feed.

I gotta say if I do end up getting 2K10 it will be only to play against the computer, online and hum vs hum looks like it'll still be a cheesefest. I guess Rookie level does answer some questions but I'm still concerned.
