I searched this thread and couldn't find anything about this, which surprised me, but have others who have the game noticed that the buzzer for end of quarters and halves is either really, really quiet or non-existent? (ps3 version)

Yeah it's non-existent....but I give them a break because the way the crowd gets when you're down to 5 sec. on the 24 sec or game clock, just gets me hyped. They do need to address this soon.

NBA TODAY HAS CHANGED THE GAME!!!!!! I can't wait for the season to start just to hear all the things going on in the league by just playing a game. I doubt they could do it, but they did it spades. WOW.

yeah i have and i actually like it cuz that happens in real life. the crowd is so loud that u dont hear the shot clock buzzer sometimes. one of the disadvantages of playing on the road. :wink: props to 2k

is the auto double team really as bad as everyone says it is? I don't want to constantly have to deal with the CPU getting cheap open looks as well as myself.

i only play 12 minutes and im getting great realistic scores.
i have found my shooting sliders and i am loving it.

SUPERSTAR
USER & CPU

INSIDE SCORING 40
CLOSE SHOTS 40
MID-RANGE 48
3PT 48
LAYUP 48
DUNK SUCCESS 49

these are even good in CPU vs CPU games.

im digging Superstar. cpu plays very realistically. just turn down alley oops and backdoor cuts to 35 and 25 respectively.

hehe was planning on dropping the inside scoring and close shots to 40 as well...i just hate seeing contact inside and the guy makes his shots...

All Star difficulty though

LOVING this game so far out of the box.
Few questions & remarks;
1.) Pro or All Star?
2.) CPU shoots very high% from EVERYwhere
3.) PG's (cpu & hum) are a little out-of-control going sideways & backwards, wondering if speed & quickness adjustments will help (like Tomba 2k9)

no, at least not for me.

if leave your DOUBLE/PRESSURE settings on auto then the auto double team is dictated by your coaches profile. for example, i play with the Lakers and Phil's double team slider is at 70. therefore, anytime the ball goes into the post for the most part the lakers will doube team that player.

i did notice that the if player in the post is not a big low post threat then they will not double that player unless he is deep into the post. basically under the basket.

but i dont leave every play player on auto. i would just switch it to never. so then my team only sends the double team to that player unless he has very deep post position.

loving the game so far... played about four hours of my player and a couple of games and i am shocked at how great the game is. worth every penny!

My sliders are pretty much identical to yours, and I play on Superstar, as well. I'm enjoying my Human vs Human, and Human vs AI experience

For those who have the game already, can you please confirm if the players' shooting sequence/motion is still as SLOW as it was in 2K9 or has that issue been addressed?

Guys i got a question, when i finished some games with the bulls, the 2K Report (the guy who helps you) tell me that are several teams interested in me, every game I play, after finishing the game and once back in the menues, he tells me that, but where can I see those teams which are interested in me?

And another one, if im playing in the Bulls, why the hell I dont know how much I win yearly? I cant see my contract, or anything like that, is that possible? to see your salary?

Finally got to spend more time with the game and tried My Player. That mode is incredible! Very addicting. Now hopefully they patch it and allow us to change qtr length.

Jumpers have been sped up across the board.

Took a while to get used to it.. But I'm starting to get it down atleast with the Laker players.. Sasha release is super fast.

I really enjoyed this fact. It makes it much better than last year when some players had terrible shooting animations.
