That's what it seems like, even with Rocky's suggested playbooks. I'm not sure, though-- I'll double check some time today and get back to you.

Run Plays at 60 doesn't neccesarily mean the CPU will run a play 60% of the time. You can put Run Plays at 100 and the CPU still won't sometimes call a play.

As for PHX, if you notice, the players that the CPU will call the majority of the plays for have quick hitting plays. I've noticed that the CPU doesn't call very many plays for a 68 rated SG.

I understand that, but the Phoenix/New Orleans/Miami offense should basically be the main ballhandler using on-ball screens (Wade, Nash, Paul), shooters running off off-ball screens, and the occasional iso for the secondary scorer (O'Neal/Beasley, West, Stoudemire).

With Run Plays set that high (and with your plays), it doesn't seem like that's how it works. Like I said though, I'm not sure, haven't touched the game in a while, and I'll double-check ASAP. I'm a little hooked on Madden right now.

            Exactly.

I havent had much of chance to really dive into the playbook, but all of the default perimeter plays are run for Vince, and damn Matt Barnes.

Okay, doing a test game vs Phoenix as we speak.

Before I even start, I wanna list these tendencies that I've set

              Nash- 100 Use Pick
              Amare- 100 Set Pick
Hill/Richardson- 0 Set Pick, 0 Use Pick, 90 Use Offball Screens

Here's everything that happened, possession-by-possession before I decided to put the sticks down:

-Nash feeds Hill in the high post, he drives on Moon, layup missed
-Richardson isos LeBron on the left wing, drive and kick to Grant Hill, 18-foot jumper made
-Nash feeds Frye (LeBron was sagging off), 3-pointer good
-Nash feeds Frye (received the pass about 15 feet away), drives and forces a layup on LeBron, missed
-Nash feeds Amare from about 15, drive on Shaq, pull-up jumper made
-Nash feeds Richardson behind three-point line, Richardson feeds Stoudemire in the low post, Stoudemire drives on Shaq, dishes to Frye, And 1 layup
-Nash lead pass to Hill, layup made
-Lots of passing around, no one really doing anything, Nash hesitation move, drive, pull-up jumper made
-Richardson brings it up, isos West, dishes to Nash under the basket, And 1

At this point, I was tired of the BS. I don't know why the players aren't playing to their tendencies and only God and 2K knows why Nash kept giving up the ball even though he's one of the most ball-dominant players in the league. Too bad there's no "Ball Dominance" tendency.

But, hey... I'm always willing to learn. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Someone, please. Enlighten me.

Maybe you could try Neon1's roster.

I'll try anything once. What's his gamertag?

Also, why'd you recommend his roster specifically? Is that what you use?

Because he has tendencies and HOTSPOTS on point for every player. And coach tendencies of course.
If you have time go to the roster section4,Neon1 2k10 and take a look.

Are you playing on Pro or All-Pro? If not, play on those modes. Anything above that is worthless imo.

But besides that, you really need to play the entire game. The only thing that you listed that was inconceivable is J-Rich trying to iso Lebron (or anybody). I saw instances the other night where Grant Hill made plays from the high post on Webster and the Cunningham kid in the real NBA, so just because Nash dominates the ball most of the time, that doesn't mean he does it all the time or even quarters at a time.

Still, I've played games with these playbooks where the Suns may work it around.....but some games Nash is controls the ball completely. It depends on the matchups, how you play defense, etc.

I would say play a full game and if it's not your cup of tea....than hey, there is no law that say you have to use these.

I really don't like when people say that. I understand that I don't have to use your playbooks, but this isn't even really about that, this is just about making the AI do what you want. I'm not blaming your playbooks for the deficiencies I'm having.

I apologize for taking so long to list plays for the Kings, Magic and Wizards after initially mentioning that I would do them. However, I want to wait until NBA 2K10’s Living Rosters feature make the required updated roster changes to account for the Kevin Martin-Tracy McGrady deal and the blockbuster Antawn Jamison deal before doing lists for these teams. They will all be done shortly after the trading deadline passes.

Not many Coaching Profile settings for those particular teams need tweaking from their respective default setting aside from what I had mentioned in the past.
