What I want to do in transactions:
+ Bring in a big time free agent in year 2 to provide a dynamic duo with Amar'e. Need to get a talented scorer in NY at SG or SF
+ Trade for Ty Lawson. I love Ty Lawson and need to steal him from DEN.
+ Kick Curry to the CURB!

PLAYER PLANS:
C Mozgov - develop into the starter and a very good defensive guy who will anchor my D
SG Rautins - I want him to be a sharp shooter off the bench who can knock down clutch shots
F Randolph - Work on his jumper to compliment his great athleticism. He'll be my 6th man

I think by Year 3 I should be a competitor in the East if I can develop my guys and get the big free agent. Also it would be great to snatch up a solid rookie. Year 1 might be rough so I could see myself having a Top 5 pick.

--even though I recently moved to Miami, FL (and the Heat are def an intriguing team), I will NOT be a Heat fan...born 'n raised in the CHI and will never ever forget where I came from.

**PLUS, I lost A LOT of respect for Lebron after he made the move down here... he should be back in Cleveland where he belongs.

That trade is actually not bad. Philly would likely pull the trigger if they could get noah and Im geussing just move Young into the starting spot. But if turner doesn't work out, it could be bad. I could also see them denying that trade too.

Kaman, Aminu, and Minnesota 1st rounder, Clippers 1st rounder

3. Content for an 8th seed
4. Develop Blake Griffin and Gordon. Build around those two for the future.
5. Acquire up and coming PG

I can imagine in a few seasons, I'll have a fast break team with
