I wanted to make an oversized SG who plays similar to Ray Allen. He has the quickest, smoothest shot ever seen, and his release is so quick. It's also a coincidence that I picked #34 and ended up being on the Bucks, haha.

I'm only 46 overall right now, but I got 78 shot medium and 88 shot 3pt. I just made my NBA debut, and it was awesome. I only played 16 minutes, but Brandon Jennings constantly dished it to me into open space. I shot 1-3 from 3pt and 7-14 overall, scoring 15 points. I also got 2 assists and 2 steals. I'm about to play my 2nd game.

Hopefully I can get my consistency up a little (it's only 51) so I can hit the 3 constantly.

After a great NBA debut in which his team lost, Kenny Cross has had a rough two games in which his team has won. He's been showing signs of greatness at times, but his inconsistency is killing him.

Significantly, yes. And if you sim a game with higher Awareness, your player seems to play better. At least for mine it did.

Just got drafted 25th overall to the Grizzles as a 6'3, 150 lbs SG. 50 OVR by just pumping all the mental stats except the emotion. Do you really need to improve emotion if you want to do well? Like it says its how you react to calls by the ref.

I am beginning to get extremely frustrated with this game mode because of USELESS teammates. I play well every game but they miss easy lay-ups, jumpshots etc. how am I supposed to win anything with these idiots.

@Enigma - How long are your quarters to get triple doubles??? I barely get 5 and 5 when playing 8 min quarters

i usually play 9 minute quarters...and in those instances, i dont ever try to go for the triple double...i havent actually really tried crashing the boards....but i can effortlessly get 5-6 rebounds for these games

i bump it up to 12 minute quarters during rivalry games to better my stats due to the 2x bonus...this is when i usually go for the triple doubles...i've gotten 2 more triple doubles last night and i have 3 more games remaining in the season...current total is 7 triple doubles for my rookie season

during the times i got the triple doubles, my stats for rebounding has not been increased....i do have like 90 vertical, maxed out hands, 90 hustle, 90 speed and 80 quickness(aside from the speed...those other stats have just recently been upgraded)

i generally focus on getting my 10 assists in the first quarter(pick and roll with carlos boozer which is effective for giving me a large lead since he usually makes it and/or makes a 3 point play)

i focus on scoring later on or after i get my assists down(rebounding is a focus throughout the game since it's the most difficult one to get)

i usually try a few contact/contested layups where the call should have been a blocking foul but it doesnt go my way...for some reason i can snag an offensive rebound if i time my jump correctly after the ball rims out

my indicator for the probability of succeeding in getting a triple double is to at least enter halftime with 5 rebounds grabbed

Yeah, but is it mainly because of your player that your team has such a good record? or do the other players not miss easy open shots like my team does?

assists are dependent on your teammates making the shots so i mean they're making the shots i give them...but yes, my player does have a lot to do with how the offense runs....i manage the plays and kick out to open shooters or those that are cutting to the basket

i rarely give the ball to noah unless he's cutting to the basket(most of his scoring is done while im on the bench or he grabs an offensive rebound) or im getting double teamed...brewer gets it when im double teamed and i have to get it upcourt, korver gets it during his run upcourt along the sidelines, deng gets it at the wing of the court, taj gibson and carlos boozer off of pick and rolls(sometimes noah and kurt thomas)...the only person who i let run around with the ball freely to create open shots or blatant chucks up in the air is derrick rose

in terms of realistic stats...boozer is scoring slightly better than his real-life stats last year(because of my pick and rolls) but his rpg has dropped...rose's score is down by like 3ppg but his apg is up, deng's scoring is down by like 4ppg but his rpg is up, noah's scoring is down by 3ppg but his bpg is up...

i usually score when i have an open shot(which i work for by running all over hell and gone when derrick rose is the pg), if im leading the fast break, if my team cant sink a shot or if the opponents goes on a scoring run advantage

i can easily put up 40+ point performances with my maxed out medium and 3pt shooting(along with shooting off dribble and consistency) but i dont do that...i havent done it since i got the 75 point milestone(which coincidentally was when derrick rose was out with a broken ankle for 4-6 weeks along with deng, noah and boozer out with high ankle sprains for 1-2 weeks and i had to take on the scoring load)

i mean, i am putting up mvp numbers but then again lots of people are doing that in their own my player mode...i cant really say i know why my teammate chemistry is now an 87% and why others are so low

Averaging 34,5 ppg 7,4 Apg and 4,2 rpg.

most important thing to do is to guard bosh...since he can make medium range shots and kill you from the inside

i usually let lebron shoot perimeter shots but i still do put a hand in his face...dwayne wade drives the lane a lot so i usually double team him at the halfcourt

destroyed them in each one of our meetings....they can have 2nd seed all they want while i take 1st
