This questions was already answered. No you can not edit players from classic teams.

          Exactly!!!!!

I get it.....the 360 version is better. Well, too bad. I'm PS3. I'll take The Show over a "better" version of NBA 2K.

My next wonder would be whether we could edit the roster of classic teams then. By that I mean signing, releasing, or trading guys from the team. If this were possible (as it was with the All-Decade teams of year's past) we'd be able to trade Generic Jones for a created version of, say, Bill Walton.

This question was a joke, right?

In case in wasn't -- no, EA has the FIBA license.

How does custom music work? Is there more options for the arena sounds? and are there custom sountracks?

what exactly are "jaggies" i have to get ps3 version I have no 360. I played the ps3 demo and loved it so if it is the same as that it doesn't really bother me. i just want to know what jaggies are. the only complaint i had graphics wise on ps3 personally is that i wished the scoreboard was a bit bigger.

And ^ Jaggies are sharp edges that you see on the players that make it not look smooth. But the 360 has no jaggies and it is smooth

I know thet never helped, but at least that gives you an idea.

And I was wondering if you played with the pistons and they are coming off the bus, did rip hamilton have the mask on coming off the bus? If so, that is mental.

This game is shaping up to be better than The Show, and it's just way too good to pass up for any basketball fan.
It's not the graphics that concerns me. I think I said it's the frame freezing and delay in responsiveness that baseballguy mentioned. I don't care about player reflections on the court.

Does it look better when "ps smoothing" is turned on for the ps3?

Nope....that setting only affects PS1 (and PS2, if your system is compatible) games.

I'm sure it would be a coding nitemare, but I wish they could like alternate years on which platform they do initial developing on. Maybe every couple years...

I have no complaints after playing the PS3 demo looks great to me. Not saying the 360 doesn't look better in areas but I wouldn't be that concerned about it. Like I said before it could be more of a problem if your on a larger tv making it more noticable.
