lots of great new stuff. I'm personally just downloading everything, deleting a few duplicates, and just getting it all packaged and ready for next year... Maybe in the fall I will spend some time dissecting all this new stuff much deeper. ie Deleting some earlier stuff that is redundant compared to some new stuff... Then again, this is all about user choice, so I don't want to get rid of too much.

Many sounds( at my own discretion) were not carried over from one download to a megaset or update, due to people talking in the sounds or just an overall lack of clarity. Overall I think it has worked out rather well. As it stands now, I weeded out about 50 duplicates but still have over 500 to look through. I'm guessing maybe 200 of those are duplicates but I won't know until thoroughly checking

I caught a sound bite from last night's spurs game. I swear it was the guitar piece from Queen's We Will Rock You during a HOME UP situation late in the game... I'll work on a file for the pack for next year

I just picked up a flash drive and was going to add these sounds to my PS3, but I'm a little confused.

Is it best for me to just download the megapack in Reuben's original post? Is there anything I have to do after that aside from setting up the correct songs to play in the proper situations in the Custom Music menu in-game?

the first update is for all my Orlando Magic fans out there...we had a great season and it was very sad to see them leave this early so the first update is bassically how the amway center sounded during the playoffs.....

BlueNGold, yes. the easiest way would be to download the megaset. Also download mp3gain, so that you can adjust the dB levels to your liking.
That's about the only thing ps3 users have left to do before they create their own playlists in the ps3 in game dashboard.

I have also not done any sound level dB edits. That is on your. XBOX 360 strives at 95dB or higher and PS3 seems to be good with lower settings of 89dB.

Watching this Chicago Bulls game, I can't help but notice many of the sound bits that I am hearing. It took me awhile but I think I pinpointed some HOMEUP situations:

-First part of Strange Loves "I want candy" with the drums and instruments playing.

-Billy Squier's "The Stroke" drum beat at the beginning was looped during another instance in tonight's game.

TNT is really mic'ing up the floor and arena. I can hear stuff perfectly. Other broadcasts, it's less easy to hear stuff.

I'll work up some mp3's and get those out shortly... Everything else is taking quite long to look through, But I'm progressing.

hey guys im trying to figure this out. what im trying to do is set this up to stream from my 360. how do I import all the songs with the playlists to my mac? I downloaded the mega pack, but this requires you to create them all yourself? Is there an easier way to do this?

Hoping someone can help, I downloaded the 2nd file for my 360, I burnt all the songs to an audio CD, this plays on my 360 but when I try and rip it to the hard drive it only rips 2 out of the whole CD.

Any suggestions?

try burning the songs to cd using iTUNES, that usually does the trick
