Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
The nice thing about this program is that the original file is never changed. You can change the sound level, and then change it back to it's original format without the file ever being "affected". It will also tell you if a file is clipping (although most clipping files can't even be detected by the human ear. Again, it's a pretty nice program). Hope that helps!!Comment

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
Quick yes or no question that has probably already been answered but I wouldn't know how to search for it. (xbox 360)
Can you group (for example) 4-5 music files in a single playlist, and have the game cycle through the 4-5 files (like EA NHL)? Or can you only assign a single song to a single playlist? (like NCAA)Comment

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
The songs aren't showing up in the actual game. I have the playlists and everything, have them set, and can right click them for a sample, but actual in-game in the arena, they just don't play at all.
360 with media center btw.
EDIT: fixed that too.. arena music is tied the PA volume. I thought it was the 2k beat volume.
Are crowd chants and things attached to the PA volume too?Last edited by Von Dozier; 10-12-2010, 01:40 AM.Comment

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
so...I downloaded all of the files and put them together into an USB key...my PS3 does recognize the USB device but says that there's no track in it. Wtf?
EDIT: tried with a different USB key and it keeps saying that there's no track in it, what's the deal?
EDIT#2: hit triangle and the files appeared...I am not allowed to make Playlists with them though.
EDIT#3: nvm, I had to copy them on the PS3 HDD first...
...why didn't you add these additional steps into the original post...
So, since there's like 700 songs do I have to make 700 playlists to use them all? Sounds mad fun.
Also, can we edit the 2k beats playlist (menu music) with our own tracks?Last edited by RetriSearain; 10-12-2010, 09:27 AM.Comment

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
Kind of rude no? last I checked the person who created this thread in on the 360. Also considering the same questions keep getting asked over and over (I'm at fault at times) all you had to do was go back a few pages and an answer would pop up.PSN: DYNAMICS416Comment

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
I'm sorry guys...But I'm not re-answering the same questions over and over again. We need to put this stuff on the first page.
PS3 is not working right now.
You can do what some of use have done and put player sounds (and maybe halftime and play of the game) beside that. All playlist are not shuffle.Hands Down....Man Down - 2k9 memories

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
So I just played a couple online games and heard a normal Non custom arena music game first hand.. Not that bad of an experience..
Has anyone gone through every venue and truly heard some unique stuff?
I feel like I may be missing out on some cool stuff by going straight to custom music.Comment

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
Thats why it hasn't been that bad missing out on the PS3. 2k did a pretty good job themselves. The thing I might add if the PS3 problem is fixed. Is the LONG. Besides that all the in game stuff is pretty much on point.Hands Down....Man Down - 2k9 memories

Re: NBA 2k11 Custom Arena Music
Yea ever since the PS3 issue came out i have played a short game in 12 different arenas and each one felt different. Like in Orlando, the player scoring sound and the free throw shound play. And in New York theres alot of different organ music, so its pretty neat. Anybody know if your really do chant "we want tacos" at staples?Comment
