Rautins def needs a sig shot change though, it's way off. I can't decide on if I want to keep him, Walker or Eddy Curry on the active roster.

Gallo is terribly streaky.

When he is cold, you may as well forget he is even an option out there. When he is hot, drive and kick and pick and rolls are your friend with him.

Roll 41 with Gallo is the best play in the game, IMO.

Gallo's dribble moves are really good and he attacks the rim! don't sell him short as just a shooter. Go to the hole young man! his Sig Gather gets him to the open space near the rim very quickly. and his sig shot is a fadeaway, he creates space!

by the way, thank you for this thread! as you see i've been lurking on OS for years but this thread is the first time i have felt compelled to actively participate. I'm more excited about the Knicks this year than i've been since '99. I am going to start a new association today (with the updated rosters) and i'll keep you posted. Best thread ever!

they're definitely a fun team.. I'm going to make a change soon and have either Turiaf or Mozgov as my starter and bump Anthony Randolph down as the Sixth Man

reason being is I think of the 6th man as a sparkplug off the bench... I want a Center in there just for the height and rebounding purposes

I'm gonna switch minutes up as well to make sure Anthony Randolph gets as many minutes as Turiaf or Mozgov (whichever one I go with) gonna update this soon with my new Rotation/Situationals

I got the roster update and am rolling with MOZ at center. Im up 28-14 at the beginning of the 2nd quarter(saved before I went to bed last night.) I had to up the difficulty to superstar to get the CPU going. As i go on I will look for a good slider/difficulty with the patch.

I'm still just scrimmaging and playing some exhibition games. I want the opening day rosters and to finish tweaking my sliders before I start my Assoc. I'm probably not buying another sports game until NCAA Football '12 so I've got plenty of time.

just a heads up to everyone in case you didn't know

if you schedule a practice, it reduces player trade values to 1 star

restarted my chise yet again due to yet another mother****ing bug/glitch

sigh, at this point im debating whether or not just waiting for the first patch before doing anything

lost first game 106-95 to the Raps. I was doing well within 4 in the 3rd quarter and Amare was red hot and things were looking nice. Then he drilled a jumper, but got hurt and he is out 1-2 weeks. My offense struggled after this, we had one good run to get within 2 early in the 4th, but then the defense and offense disappeared in the lost

So it took me a few times to get my franchise started with the Knicks but here's what I did. I took control of all 30 teams, only playing with the Knicks though and simming all of the other teams. The reason i'm doing it is so that everything remains realistic. Say a month from now, if the Wizards get Tyson Chandler in a trade, then I can take control of the Mavs and Wizards and make the trade happen myself while still playing with my Knicks. I'm not gonna change up the roster on the Knicks this season, but in free agency, the goal is to sign Melo. As far as this season goes, i'm only 3 games in out of 59. 1-2 so far in 7 minute quarters. Felton, Randolph and Galo have all been hurt already. D'Antoni is already tired of this team...





I seem to play better with a big lineup of Mozgov, Amare nd Randolph at the 3. Galo has been injured so I had Chandler at the 2 with Felton running point(he's frustrating to play with). I'll probably have Chandler coming off the bench as a 6th man with Douglas, Turiaf nd Roger Mason. I try and give Ewing Jr minutes just cause i'm pulling for em lol.

Without Amare we played a great game in Boston. It was tied at the half I went on a run to get up by 11 heading to the 4th. Boston made a run tied it, the game came down to the last minute. It was 91-88 and I lost Came down to two plays where Felton missed 2 FTS down 2 under a minute and with 25 secs left down 2 I stole an in bounce pass, but Randolph missed a hook shot in the paint. It was a beast game. Gallo had 16 in the first half but finished with 20. Moz was great with like 18 pts double digit rebounds( or close to it I think) and 2 or 3 blocks. Ant rand. was nice to. I can't wait for Amare to get back! 0-2 now

All I have so far is Gallo switched to Kaman which is by far the best for him IMO and Chandler to Wes Johnson though I'm not in love with it. Trying to find a shot for short arm'd release that Ill Will does.

Mozgod with Bulldog is fine, still need to spend some time finding a shot for Felton. Walker is way off, I think I gave him "simple". I'll post my full suggestions over the weekend.

What the hell is up with his shot anyway (Walker's)? Every time I spot up with him, I forget that he does this weird sort of chuck that I never time right and I always horribly clank it.
