Yeah I would love to know this. Because it has not in my current season.

But will it be fixed once I start my second season. Otherwise i will be upset that i will have to start over.

Anyone who knows the answer it would be greatly appreciated

It will not work once you initiate the bug.

Started my second season.....no Intentional Fouls. I have had maybe 4-5 games that I really needed them so I am going to just live with it. I put too much time into this Association. I just have to reach in deperatley to foul in the end of games if needed.


Or the alternative is to sim through a year and do the post season again (and hopefully sim to a finals) and play it from there.

Decisions.....decisions.

Huge bummer.

This just happened to me for the first time today. For about 6 straight minutes, the basketball was invisible. It was hard to get rebounds, but I still had a steal and made 3 shots.

I'm in my second season of MyPlayer and after 13 games in some teams are listed as only playing 2-3 games and other 25-30 games, WTF?! Yet if I go look at the player stats every team has played around 12-15 games. Will this fix itself or is MyPlayer save now horribly glitched w/ no fix?

Unbelievable, I just lost a game because they would not intentional foul, I'm pressing the damn button like a million times and nothing happened. I was down 96-100, I make in a 3 with 23.7 seconds left. I was pressing that button the entire time, I started to press x to try to get a reach in foul. I also have auto intentional foul on as well.

Worst experience I've ever had with a game, that was pathetic.

in my 4th year of my player mode...um during certain points of the game(i think the beginning of the 2nd quarter) a screen pops up that shows the 3PT FG....it shows both teams shooting 1/7 from the perimeter even though i know i drained like 3 to 4 3pt shots with my player alone before that screen comes up

also tim duncan plays is holding an invisible ball during pre-game warmups...maybe it's because a now 17 year veteran who should be a spurs for his entire career is with the sacramento kings....that probably threw the game out of wack

My Player Mode
- Some forwards and centers can just turn around my player (the PF) when I'm defending near the basket, and then come up with alien-like jumps, stretching several feet from almost the far left/right side of the court straight to the basket, to score with a dunk - just recently, the Mavericks' Number 6 (Tyson Chandler) did that to me. It just doesn't feel right.

- Once you've built up your player's speed to a certain level, the game becomes way too quick and unreal (it feels like skating on an ice rink) - My second-year PG for the Lakers is on 85 in the speed category and one game against the lowly-rated Nets, it was really bad. What made matters worse was that the Nets (with a randomly created AI PG) ran the show and most of their attacks cut right through my Lakers defense, as if my other teammates couldn't defend at all!

- I've also had it happening to me that, albeit being a PG with a 89 overall, that the home crowd at the Staples Center suddenly starts booing me on almost every possession (even though I've done nothing wrong and team chemistry's quite high up)

- Can I just say I absolutely hate the "Bad Call for Pass" decision - **** it, I can't recall the amount of times pushing the pass button has decreased my level - but there's also been the occasions when pushing it didn't result in a decrease at all!

- There are times when your own team can't score for **** - My PF is with the Thunder and the lowlight was a meagre 79-72 win over the Bobcats on 12-minute quarters!!!
This includes Westbrook waiting to make a move until the clock has almost counted down and guys like Harden or Durant coming up with silly three-pointers that miss most of the time (I think in one game alone, I've had something like 1 out of 17 shooting from the outer line, with Durant being the worst shooter of them all).

- As for Three-Point Attempts, looking back at the past 12 games with the Thunder, the pattern looked like this: 6-24, 2-16, 3-12, 5-22, 2-11, 2-17, 4-16, 3-20, 4-13, 7-18 (OT game) and 4-15. That's a total of 42 3's made out of 184 shots or roughly 23%. Compare that to the real Thunder: In their past 12 games, they shot 86-230 from beyond the arch. That's 37% or 14% more!! You guys want to tell me NBA 2K11 is realistic??

- Forget about realistic scores with DEFAULT sliders and 12-minute quarters: In my last 49 games, I managed to score more than a hundred points only about ten times with the Thunder. If I'm lucky, I score slightly more than 90. I usually end up at around 85 to 88. This is crap, seriously frustrating crap.

- Going in the same direction, I've had such low-scoring games when I was leading by 15, 20 points and after being substituted for a while and coming back onto the court, I find that the other team has suddenly and magically scored about 35 points in a still ongoing quarter to lead themselves by 15!! How's that for cheating??

- Then again, just recently, I had the opposite happening to me. Suddenly, still in my first year with my PF, in the game against Minnesota, the whole gameplay is sped up - the players run around on the court at least 50% faster than usually and I end up with a 105-73 result. The sliders are still on DEFAULT!

- In other games, the opposing AI tends to score at around 60% from the field, which is absolutely unreal

- I'm not so sure about the implemented "collision" model, as the whole idea of blocks can go horribly wrong when you know you've blocked a shot and it still goes in (judging by the replay)

- What also strikes me as odd is that I can obstruct opposing players and interfere with their shots, but they still go in. On the other hand, just marking the same player again, but NOT doing a thing and letting him shoot results in a missed shot. Seriously, how logical is that? A prime example for this is when you try and guard the Bucks' Ilyasova. Very often, you cannot get a hold of the guy, it feels like you're playing against an eel

- Speaking of eels, the AI opposition can somehow magically "walk through" my player when attacking. Looking at the replay, you can clearly see how the two players merge, meaning the pixels flick and some of the contours get lost. I don't represent a defensive "obstacle" at all. It's as if my player didn't exist.

- My rookie PF with the Thunder got nominated for the Rookies vs. Sophomores game. I've restarted the game twice, because in all three games so far, after I got substituted with about 6 minutes gone in the first quarter, I'm not allowed back onto the court at all! So, if I'm lucky, I usually end up with maybe 4 points and two boards... What's going on here???

General
- Some players, as well as some coaches, do look strange in the game and nothing like their counterparts in real life (Kobe "Alien" Bryant for instance), but that's a minor nuisance

- In some NBA Today matchups, I get to control the entire team - in other games, I can only control the PF or Centre. I haven't done anything with the settings, they're always the same. Where's the line here?

- The commentary's off at times. For instance, there's a foul called and one of them goes off about two free-throws when in fact, there's no free-throw awarded at all

- I've had coaches walking onto the court during a game - WTF??

- Sometimes, I lose sound completely and have to plug the HDMI cable back in. This has only happened to me whilst playing NBA 2K11, no other game does that. There's nothing wrong with the HDMI cable and nothing wrong with my XBOX - I've double-checked.

- In the past few days, I've noticed that the in-game update boxes that show players' stats during a game have started to fade in colour/pop up in an almost transparent way for a bit, before turning back to full-colour

- And sometimes, the stats box at the bottom of the screen that shows you the 3-pt attempts comes up with 0-on-1 for both teams, when in fact, both teams have already scored at least one three-pointer!

- The FT stats box that occasionally pops up during a game shows me a different percentage for my team almost every time I restart the same game - why is that?

- Why does the subs window have to cover part of the left side of the screen whilst the game is getting back underway? I can see sH*t, in particular when there's about five to six subs and the entire left side of the screen is covered!!!

Association Mode
- In the Association Mode, my newly-created team is hardly cheered for during home games, the crowd is almost silent for most part

- Where are the mascots going with the team logos???

Achievements
- Another Day, Another Win: I've already won at least 5 NBA Today Matchups, but no achievement to be seen anywhere...

- Trip-Dub: I've managed a triple-double with a young MJ on the Cavs, but again, no achievement awarded. It specifically says "achieve a triple double with ANY player in a non-simulated game". I feel screwed.

- Giveth And Taketh Away: Err... 11 rebounds and 11 assists with the same MJ in the same game with the Cavs do not qualify? Sorry 2K, again you state that it requires "at least 10 rebounds and assists with ANY player in a non-simulated game" Hello??


What I find very strange looking at all these points (and as mentioned before) is that I don't mess with the gameplay sliders/settings in the Main Menu at all. Maybe something wrong with the latest roster updates/recent patches? Or is my copy broken?

I was wondering if your game somehow corrected itself?

I just ran into this glitch in Association mode on PS3 and all the leaders, stats, standings, power rankings are turned upside down. Some are ok and others are not. I haven't played in about a week.

Same exact time... 13 games in.

I don't really want to start another Association because it would be my third time. PS3 YLOD wiped my first one out.

Just finished playing a game in association mode. Played 3 quarters, and then decided to let the cpu sim the 4th and final quarter. The CPU did not sim the 4th quarter. 0 points were registered for the 4th quarter for both teams!?! No stats were simmed for this quarter. lol.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yup. Only once, it was odd..

Does anyone have a freezing issue when you exit out of your Association, back to the main menu? That's the only time the game EVER freezes on me. I'll quit and go back to the main menu and pretty much 50% of the time it freezes.

Yes. Same issue here, it doesn't happen every time but it's still annoying. Thankfully it happens AFTER exiting the season instead of before it saves (unlike what NCAAF does to me).

Dont know if this has happened to all people, but in my player, i got drafted 1st round 8th pick by the clippers, who were supposed to take Al farouq aminu in the real draft, fortunately, he is also on the clippers in where the player card of me and aminu have the same drafted position
