    Wahsington Wizards Association 2010-2011

After fooling around for a half hour I found a suitable deal to get Blatche off my hands and bring back a well rounded SG and a backup C/PF.

The Wizards trade Andray Blatche, Josh Howard's expiring contract, and their 2012 1st round pick to the Rockets for Courtney Lee, Jordan Hill, Jared Jeffries' expiring contract, and their 2012 1st round pick.

Next I made a swap with Detroit to bring in a floor stretcher off the bench.

The Wizards trade Al Thornton and Hilton Armstrong to the Pistons for Austin Daye and the Pistons 2011 2nd round pick.

My Lineup/Rotation is set as follows:

    PG: Wall (39), Heinrich (9)
    SG: Lee (37), Young (11)
    SF: Lewis (36), Daye (10), Martin (2)
    PF: Jianlian (34), Booker (8)
    C: McGee (34), Hill (20)

Default sliders, 12 minute quarters, All-Star difficulty

    First game, @ Orlando Magic:

An exciting game to start off the season. Rookie John Wall struggled with his shot, hitting 4 of 13 for 10 points, 13 assists, 3 boards, 1 steal, and 6 turnovers. He was run ragged by Gilbert Arenas who dropped 43 on his former team shooting 19 of 28 from the field. Rashard Lewis provided the scoring for the Wizards who kept this one tight and competitive throughout. He dropped 33 on 11 of 24 shooting with a career high 9 treys. Also of note was the intense battle between Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee. McGee contained Howard for the majority of the game with solid post defense, holding him to of 12 points and 13 boards and zero blocks, while contributing 7 points and 10 boards and 2 blocks himself.

Final Score Washington 96 Orlando 103

Right, with Anthony Parker on the verge of retirement, I need someone I can build around.

Since you got roy hibbert ever thought about getting a sf? Try trading varejao for a sf, if your rebuilding and have some players to trade try getting a good spot up shooter on your team, it would help.

Cheap player would be omri caspii of the kings, or if u want someone whos already developed and has some value try getting danillo gallinari.

        Those are 2 are great.

Im not sure if it was the first season or the 2nd season off season when you can sign landry fields but he would also be a good pick up for mid level.

Iono thats how id do the cavs.

Your starting 5 will look good

        pg - mo williams
sg - rookie or landry fields whichever u want to start
sf - caspii or gallinari depends on who u trade for
        pf - jj hickson
        c - roy hibbert

and your 2nd year rookie or fields can be your sf.

Would be a monster young team when developed right and you get the chemisty.

I'm planning on getting Dorell Wright or maybe Casspi. Though I'm leaning more on the FA signing at the end of the season than trading now.

Right now, I'm simulating every game but every month I develop my players using the "Development Tab". I want to see how each team evolves and make their moves in the season, that's why I'm patiently observing the league.

I'll update you guys later because I'm nearing the end of the season. I'll post everything that is essential.

              both players are nice,

I like dorrel wright because he has atlethic high flyer dunker and plays some defense, but other than that he dissapears.

Caspi hes young you can develop him, even if you havent he has a nice shot and he likes to play solid defense.

Another move I made for my Cavs:

1.) Traded A. Jamison + A. Varejao for K. Martin of the Nuggets
                  - Got rid of 2 large CAP space players. Got a decent player with an expiring contract.

Big Trades during the 2010-2011 Season:

Pistons trade: T. McGrady, B. Wallace
Spurs trade: G. Hill, J. Hayes

Magic trade: J. Nelson, R. Anderson
                  Jazz trade: M. Okur

Pacers trade: T. Hansbrough, '11 1st round pick
                  Raptors trade: E. Davis

Celtics trade: N. Robinson, K. Perkins
                  Suns trade: V. Carter

                  Warriors trade: D. Lee
Thunders trade: J. Green, M. Peterson

Coaching Changes during the 2010-2011 Season:

                  Warriors fired: F. Saunders
                  hired: A. Hodges

                  Pistons fired: J. Kuester
                  hired: S. Fox

                  Raptors fired: J. Triano
                  hired: J. Joseph

The Miami Heat are the 2010-2011 NBA Champions.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

                    Draft Day:

1st: SG - Johnny Alexander (Wake Forest)
                    2nd: C - Marc Swift (LSU)

                    - I drafted Alexander. Very athletic young guy, quite tall for his position (6'7"), with a POT of 91. With a proper tutelage , he can be a good shooter.
                    - Went with Swift to deepen my lineup inside the paint. 7'3'' and 285 lbs., no doubt that he will be a presence inside the paint.

                    FA Signing:

                    1.) M. Belinelli(SG) - 2yr/$7.29M
                    - Adds another shooter to team.

                    2.) R. Williams(SF) - 3yr/$17.30M
                    - A great shooter and an underrated defender.

                    3.) B. Wright(PF) -3yr/$12.75M
                    - Tall guy and a presence inside the shaded area. Good on both sides of the court.

                    Noticeable FA Signing:

                    Nets: C. Anthony(SF) - 4yr/$79.94M
                    Mavericks: C. Butler(SF) - 4yr/$47.35M
                    Celtics: G. Hill(SF) - 1yr/$1.86M
                    Wizards: S. O'Neal(C) -1yr/$3.72M
                    Pacers: Z. Randoplh(PF) - 4yr/$39.72M
                    Warriors: J.R. Smith(SG) - 4yr/$36.13M
                    Celtics: K. Martin(PF) -2yr/$4.25M
                    Kings: A. Brooks(PG) - 5yr/$71.13M
                    Hawks: A. Kirilenko(SF) - 5yr/$15.57M

                      My 2011-2012 Lineup:

                      PG: M. Williams / D. Gibson
                      SG: J. Alexander / M. Belinelli
                      SF: R. Williams / J. Graham / J. Moon
                      PF: B. Wright / J. Hickson
                      C: R. Hibbert / M. Swift / C. Hollins

                      - A very young team indeed, with lots of potential. I don't expect to make a playoff run this year but I expect them to get at least more than .500 record.

                      - Might sign some FA to add some depth to the team as the season goes by.

                      - First game in the pre-season is against the Nets and their newly acquired superstar; Carmelo Anthony. This game will be a very good barometer for my team for the upcoming season.

Don't know if i want to keep this team or not because I really want to play with D Rose. Unless i give up the farm i won't be able to get Rose in a fair trade. Might just have to start one with CHI.

That is true, but they are both excellent wingmen. Your looking to free up cap space before FA? Then maybe go for a Wilson Chandler or another young player. But I doubt the Knicks would give Chandler up. I'll have to look into that.
