Has anyone developed Jan Vesely here. I have him on my wizards but he is a really inconsistent scorer for some reason

in year 2 of my association the CPU controlled pistons like completely blew up their roster. only players they kept were Knight(i started with a post draft roster) Monroe and Will Bynum. they managed to get rid of all the SG's they have in real life, but completely over stacked the PG position lol. there roster looks something like this

      PG Deron Williams/Darren Collison/Knight/Bynum
      SG Igudala(sp)/65 OVR rookie
      SF Aminu/69 OVR rookie
      PF Ed Davis/idk
      C Nene/Monroe

i just thought it was funny how in real life they are way stacked at the 2 and on my game they undid that, dumped the bad rosters but then over stacked the point.

Look for a speedy PG to push the break. Did you get rid of armon Johnson? Move Mathews to the bench. Get thabeet to back up at center. Guys like Josh Powell and Daequan cook (wet from 3) are great off the bench and are cheap free agents.

I think I did :\. Part of One of the Trades... I Might Trade Away Some Of My 60's And a 2nd Round For a PG who Who is Fast. Possibly Boogie Gibson from The Cavs?

WOW. So I get home and load up my Association and realize that I am controlling the Pacers. I remembered I was fixing their rotation last night because they had Ed Davis playing 6 min per game. So I go to resign back to the Kings and the game freezes every time. I checked the bugs and glitches forum and it appears to be a common issue. I had a backup save file but I haven't saved on it since I started the season and I was 20 games into the season with a 13-7 record and 1st in the West. I also made quite a few rotation changes and trades controlling other teams that would take a while to go back and do over again. I was already thinking about making this my last year and then starting a new Association with a better roster set but now I'm thinking I might just go ahead and make a new one now. I did sim most of the first 20 games but I don't want to have to simulate the 1st 20 games to get back to where I was and have all my players stats reset. I think I might just simulate the whole season and play the playoffs to try to win one championship before I call it quits. Anybody know of any way to get my original Association back before I go through with this?

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

Started Lakers Association, simmed through 2010-11 season and am now in the 2nd game of my 2011-12 season using Rashidi's rosters.

              PG: Earl Watson(67)/ Darius Morris(68)/ Derek Fisher(63)
              SG: Kobe Bryant(92)/ Tracy McGrady(72)/ Andrew Goudelock(69)
              SF: Ron Artest(73)/ Matt Barnes(74)/ Mickael Pietrus(69)
              PF: Pau Gasol(84)/ Lamar Odom(79)/ Reggie Evans(67)
              C: Andrew Bynum(85)/ Samuel Dalembert(69)

Traded Steve Blake to the Bobcats for a 2012 2nd rounder+DaJuan Summers expiring.

              Traded Devin Ebanks+2012 Lakers 2nd rounder+2013 1st rounder for McGrady+2013 2nd rounder

Signed Watson, Dalembert, Pietrus and Evans in free agency.

I also decided to sacrifice my 2012 1st round pick and paired it with Walton to get a 2013 2nd round pick from the Washington Wizards.

I'll probably try and trade Odom by the time the deadline rolls around, just don't know for who yet, possibly a new starting PG.

Re: How's Your Association Going? (2K11)

:Note, I play on Superstar and started this Association in January

im in year 3 with the raptors. I completely tore the team down year one. I only kept DeRozen, Davis and Kleiza past year 2. I traded players for picks mostly. SO year 1 i was terrible and expected to be. I had three 1st round picks in year 1. I drafted Kyrie Irving with the #4 pick, Jared Sullinger with the #11 pick and Donatas Motiejunas with the #13. I flipped Denver Motiejunas for Terrence Jones (who was the 10th pick) and I signed C Marc Gasol off the FA market and Tyson Chanlder to back him up. The next year I went 41-41 with 3 rookies starting and lost in the first round of the playoffs. ( I sim 1/3 of games during the year and then I only play odd numbered games in the playoffs, unless i can close out the finalsin 4 or 6)

In year two I had three first rounders again. And I drafted PG Seth Curry (#13), SF/PF John Henson (#15) and SG John Jenkins (#28). I figure I am set with my roster. But during this year my third year about 10 games in the year DeMarr DeRozen breaks his hand and i move Curry to the starting lineup and my team runs way more fluently. Better ball movement, Jones (my leading scorer from the previous year) has more open space to move around with Curry manning the SG and camping outside. My third PG is sundita gaines who fills in nicely but if i had a better backup PG my team would be even better. So when DeRozen gets healthy I decide to trade him and I found my guy. Peyton Siva who got drafted by Sacramento in the draft. So I trade DeRozen for Siva, Donte Greene and 2014 1st rounder. The plus side is that DeRozen's contract is up at the end of the year and I wasn't going to resign him for cap purposes. I want to stay way below it, to give Irving and Jones the max when i can. I also liked Green because SAC signed him to a 6 year deal at 2 millish per year, so i always have a decent injury insurance guy. Henson also wasnt working out, so I flipped him and Markieff Morris (2nd Rounder getting no PT behind Sully and Davis) for Chase Budinger and Brad Miller (cap filler).

So my lineup looks like this
                PG Irving (87) / Siva (74) / Sundita Gaines (69)
                SG Curry (81) / Jenkins (72)
                SF Jones (84) / Budinger (74) / Kleiza (70) / Greene (65)
                PF Sullinger (80) / Davis (76)
                C Gasol (81) / Chandler (73) / Turiaf (66) / Miller (61)

I play 10 min quarters and do a line system like hockey. My starters play together and then all 5 sub out for the backups. So continuity for each 5 is extremely important to me. DeRozen was an 84 but didnt fit with the team and Im actually rated better without with players not as good. So if i get in foul trouble the 11 and 12 guys play. So if its a PG or SG its Gaines, if its a SF/PF/C , its greene right now cause budinger is injured and Kleiza is playing the back up 3. but if Budinger was healthy it would be Kleiza (kleiza would play the 3 or 4 and what ever big would be the C)
I have made a ton of deals that saved cap and acquired picks. So at the time the deal was a steal for the other team. But with a couple of good FA signings (Gasol and Chandler), Trading for Terrence Jones and getting good value picks my team has been fortunate. Right now I am 20-8 and 2nd in the east behind Miami who is 25-6 but we just beat them by 25 where the subs played the entire 4th

Guys know this has already been touched on im sorry, but has anyone found a trade that Orlando has taken for Dwight Howard?

                    My lineup:
                    PG:Irving/Shelvin Mack
                    SG:Iverson/DeRozen
                    SF:G.Hayward/ Shane Battier
                    PF:K. Faried/ Anthony Randolph
                    C:A. Bynum/ Bismack Biyombo

Im trying to hold on to Hayward and Faried if possible.
Tried just about every other combo trade:
                    Bynum/1st/2nd draft picks
                    Bynum/1st/2nd/Iverson
                    Bynum/1st/Biyombo

Richardson has been sizzling and has been a huge boost for my offense.

Lopez and Warrick has been doing good as well.

Any tips, on who i could get in exchange for Turkoglu?

Rashard Lewis, i believe they both have high one year salaries.

Well I just began the month of March with my Wizards Association. We are 40-21 (playing on HOF with redlogic's sliders). John Wall is beasting it. He is second in MVP voting. He is averaging 23 points 3 rebounds 2.5 steals and 11 assists a game.

At the end of the season I am going to trade away R. Lewis. Despite his great play (11.4 ppg) I need to move up in the 2012 draft so I can take Perry Jones.

*****And I just noticed this. Definitely a glitch but Hamady N'Diaye the 7 foot back up center has a 95 3 pt raiting. Dont know how this happened. Please let me know if you guys have this mistake also.*****

Amare Stoudemire 88 Role: Star (Aquired 2015 FA) 17.0 ppg 8.0 reb

Cory Law 82 Role: Starter (great PG) 17.7 ppg 8.9 ast

Shannon Brown 82: Starter (Ex Star, I paired him up with Nash 2012 season, great shooter and dunker, best season was with Phoenix 20.4 ppg career high 37points.... that same year we went on to be champions all the way till now, 2015)

Johnathan Warrick 78: Star (My rookie of the year 2013 PF) 16.0ppg 8.8 reb (made all-star rookie year with 21.5ppg 8.7reb)

Travis Haywood 77: Sixth Man (I robbed the Cavs for their 1 round pick ((pick2))and picked up this rookie center way before knowing that I could get Stout, other wise he would have been starter) 3.4ppg 6.6 reb 0.9 blk defensive guy really, not a bust he's a huge contributer.

Eric Potter 71:Role Player (SG He's a good back up he bags up a couple 3's and hustle plays)

Sam Stallworth 66: Prospect (boy ohh boy, lights out from 3 point range. I worked him out to get his amazing 3 point shot to an A. 3 year pro)

My record in 2015 is the best (59-23).... I am one GOOD GM, Im proud of my franchise 3 champs in a row. Now working on four, its been really fun getting all these great players.

If you do I'd work on developing him into a beast at the 4 and trade Bogut and maybe package him with Illyasova to try and get a slightly better deal.
I do still have Sanders (he plays way above his ratings) but already ditched Illyasova. I think my move is to try and trade Bogut for a young C with some upside and hope one of either Howard, Bynum, or Lopez is available. I don't have a 1st round pick this year so I could go after that but there aren't too many dominant C's in the CPU generated draft.
