Yea spin pivot is LT + flick right stick away from the hoop. The follow up shot is horrible though. You can't do it from a stand still on the perimeter either IIRC.

Re: Demystifying the Post Game (feel free to add on)
I'm having trouble doing Pump Fake to Hop-step Spin.
I'm in the post-up position then hold(L) then move (RS) in either direction to pump fake before the fake stops, I hit(Y) and I only get the up and under lay-up. I got the pump-fake to hop-step spin once. What am I doing wrong

Re: Demystifying the Post Game (feel free to add on)
Are you moving the right stick one time? Only way you'll get an up and under is if you move the right stick/press the shot button after the initial fake. Make sure you're only getting one right stick input while holding LT(to start the fake), then hit Y.I'm having trouble doing Pump Fake to Hop-step Spin.

Re: Demystifying the Post Game (feel free to add on)
I'm flicking it as fast as I can and my players still do fadeaways, which curiously enough go in 99% of the time even though I'm only flicking the right stick
edit: realized that I needed to have the ball in both hands which leads me to ask: how do i pick up my dribble while in the post?Last edited by treasy21; 10-26-2010, 04:01 PM.Comment

Re: Demystifying the Post Game (feel free to add on)
Other than "staying on your feet", does anyone have any tips for defending the post game?
How the hell am I supposed to stop that shimmy-pump-spin move?

Re: Demystifying the Post Game (feel free to add on)
Ok, just wanna be sure...an up and under is after a pumpfake, but if I want to do a fade away/hook shot, I do a shimmy move? I can't seem to do the double shimmy without doing an up and under for some reason.
Edit...Nevermind, I was holding the L Trigger. I'm good nowLast edited by Po Pimp; 11-12-2010, 04:46 PM.Comment
