That is actually a really cool idea.
I'm thinking it's be more feasible for online association if they started a year back. For example nba2k12 has the option to start an online assoc. in either current year or previous year. Current year would have all the rookies drafted and on the rosters, previous year would basically give you all the rookies as "pending draft class" so every one plays there year out and the bad users have a chance at landing a better draft spot.
Especially since 2k doesn't have a college game to import rosters from like NCAA/madden.
