This year you can't get careless with the basketball because you will pay! I never used to play season modes/association modes but this year is going to be my first. I'm an Online guy. The CPU will make you WORK for points and that's how I like it. If you like to play that chuck and duck bs from previous 2k games you'll get smashed by the CPU.

The gameplay is so hard for me this year, but I am willing to take the challenge and learn basketball. 2K better not patch this. I am playing on All Star until I win a damn game and that's that.

I said that a couple days ago and I finally beat the Celtics in there house with the NETS! All Star/Sim, Clutch Factor On - 44-39

You are not willing to use sliders because you haven't had to before.

You aren't willing to lower the difficulty

You are mocking people playing on pro.

Are you one of these guys who thinks the higher the difficulty, the better the realism? Well, whatever. Not worth it.

No i just assumed (which was my fault totally ) that the TC was playing on a level higher than Pro.

If i was playing on Pro i would not want them to turn it down either.

And dont get me wrong i understand what he is saying i am for not turning it down but somethings need to be adjusted gameplay wise.

I laughed at someone when he said this game is starting to have Live type controls...I actually see where he's coming from now. Your almost forced to use sticks and triggers exclusively.

Because I put the game back on pro for that game?... I did that because its still fun and challenging, but its not like I cannot or have not played other levels

I have not been speaking from a pro level standpoint since thats not even what I was playing in the first place, but it doesnt matter... You could've asked instead of posting silly faces

The only gameplay mechanic that could be a valid criticism is the passing.

That's the only problem I have seen. Anything else is either due to the user being in over their head or mistakes which they blame on gameplay "faults".

...and the truth of the matter is, there are tons of people here who only come to whine and complain, and again even this thread wasnt about that

Yeah you made some bad assumptions more than once, and I dont need an apology, but dont make comments then run out because you know a response is coming, own up to your comments

I didnt find one person in here that said you suck... I said learn the tools first... It hasnt even been out a week yet and now you're an expert and coming in here claiming broken, and how it doesnt work.. give me a break

I get sick and tired of you people who want to iso your way to the paint for highlights and look at how siiiick that was, only to turn around and not want to put in the effort on defense because the cpu is smarter now, you whine and complain using wack buzz words like broken for everything

I know some people who arent using tools available..heck you wont even touch sliders because of your pride so there you have it..but if you can see practice helps you some then dont think that people who had the game for 4 days know the complete ins and outs of it...heck some people are talking like they were in the room with the devs

and please quit trying to slip jabs in then throw in a weak apology.. you really need to quit that... I dont care what level you play on, this thread was never about that, nor was it an avenue for kids to come in here to complain when they had the game for 4 days calling it all the way broken because they wont adjust to jumpshooters

I honestly dont even know what we're still discussing to be honest.. truth of the matter is play and get better, wait for the patch, but just because you're displeased with something doesnt mean other people wont agree with you..

I would like the gameplay to be just a bit faster on default, that's about it. To make you pay for all of the incorrect decisions that everyone does and then complains about not being able to stop the CPU. Learn the game within the game (real basketball) and apply it.

Seriously on the gameplay front passing is pretty much the only issue drastically holding this game back. The icon passing triggers absolutely idiotic passes not to mention passing delays. The directional passing is better contextually and without as much delays but it still needs to be tweaked.

Just about everything else is IMHO totally a personal preference/skill issue.

Now all the typical 2k glitches and bugs, not to mention the trade insanity (can't be called logic) that's all a different subject that I won't go into

Just fix the "buzzer beater or a shooting foul so that the CPU can catch up" and the game is really great. I'm bumping this thread again.
