Try clearing your cache. Also, try logging in through EXPLORER or a different browser if you're on, say Firefox.

Okay I never got my confirmation email either but now it's saying that my password is invalid for my unfriendlyghst account can someone please reset this and help m?e

hello I did all this but I still have to keep verifying my account all the time. I finally even got the email and I clicked on the link but whenever I stop and turn off my xbox and then whenever I come back to play it, I have to redo everything all the time, from typing in my DOB, to choosing and customizing "my player," to putting in my password.

I may have accidentally created multiple accounts but I do not remember any of them.

How do I delete my2k account, I need to do it over? I tried deleting all my 2k files off my xbox but the my 2k account still shows up when I start the game.
