unfortunately my account on xbox live got hacked so i had to create a new profile. How can i change my NBA2k12 account name to my new gamertag? it's not letting me via nba2k12 game or nba2k.com website! please help! THX

I have to keep entering "my 2k account" because it says it's expired everytime I go in to play. My username is Cey Starr and is under the email [email protected]. I would like to keep the username Cey Starr. Thank You.

I went to NBA 2K12 and presses reset password and I got mail that I should follow this link https://www.nba2k.com/user/reset_password and new password shall be e-mailed to me. But it hadn't been. please help me. It's really annoying. I'm thinking about making a new account.

i have re-logged in and done the manual verification however, after logging in and doing the manual verification and then turning my 360 on and off it says my 3k account is expired. please help my user name is armone

Yea, me too. Verified my account, but everytime I still get the message "Your account has expired... bla bla bla". Still I'm able to play online, but it really gets annoying tu enter my DOB and etc. to be able to login to existing account, that has been verified.

I just had this problem too with it saying my account expired. Already verified the account through the email link before and did again and says its fine, but when I try to play online it says expired.

LD2k, Can you tell us why this is still happening and if anything is being done to fix it? Thank you.
