65 would be an upgrade, but that would still make him lower than guys like TJ Ford and Johnny Flynn. We're talking about Jeremy Lin here, you can't go below 70 overall.

        Re: Jeremy Lin

69 is still too low for a guy like Jeremy Lin. Ricky Rubio got a major boost, and Jeremy Lin, who willed his team to victory again tonight, by showing up Rubio, is on par with some of the greatest PGs in the league today.

I haven't seen a guy like Lin, since Magic Johnson came into the league.

        It's completely Amazlin'

I have to disagree. If Rubio got a huge boost, so should Lin (ya know, the guy that out-played Rubio tonight).

Why aree people still asking for overall rating boosts in 2012. Lol, cite specific reasons why you'd like increases in individual ratings/tendencies.

His pass rating definitely needs a boost; his 60 will not do for his 8.3 APG as a starter.

His shot tendency is 35 right now. Yeah...

His dribble moves are mostly poor and average as is; I think he's shown in his ability to get by NBA guards to at least warrant some "goods". His ballhandling may also need a slight bump.

His inside shot, layup definitely need increases for obvious reasons. Maybe his offensive awarenss should be raised to 70 or 75, but I'm hesitant because he still turns the ball over at a high rate.

              Re: Jeremy Lin

              Deron Williams check rating 87
              John Wall check rating 82
              Derek Fisher check rating 68
              Ricky Rubio check rating 77

And he went toe to toe against Kobe in Madison square garden and they say you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere. I wouldnt say a 80 is crazy. And if its high to yall still he get a tebow rating like for what they did to Tebow in madden.

2k sports is too slow when it comes to making roster or ratings updates. I agree that jeremy lin needs a ratings upgrade. Also, i just played a nba today quick game. Am I the only one who has iman shumpert as the starting pg for the knicks? lol whats the point of nba today if it won't even update the rosters?

Jeremy Lin needs to be around 65-80 OVR, so maybe a 75 sounds good on his hot steak right now. When he cools down then hes a 70.

Post of the year nominee folks!!! Don't be a prisoner of the moment man. This has to be a joke. Magic? You haven't seen as good a point guard in like 20 or so years since Magic retired or when Magic came in the league. This is signature status lol. Jeremy Lin couldn't cosign this

It'd be pretty hard to measure what he should be. Averaging like 30pts a game should be in the 90s, but if he got that high itd be outrageous.

Agree with this wholeheartedly. The '10 version of the other game had daily roster updates IIRC.

not only roster updates but hot/cold streaks and accessory updates every single day of the week. And every game you played in their "nba today" influenced your own personal season.
