Interestingly enough, I've yet to face one opponent online who picked the Cavs. I thought there were a lot of Cavs fans out there, because on NBA Live 10, that's all anybody wanted to be. So weird!

This LOL. I remember playing all my friends on 2K10 who all just happened to be Cavalier fans. Come 2K11 they're all using the Thunder.

People will generally use the team with the best talent/most stacked it's the same for every sports game.

To me, picking up MIA dont give cheesers right away ... however, what does it, is when they began to change the lineup and move LBJ to the PG (who played 0% there), bring Jones or Miller in for him and Haslem for Anthony ... when they do that, I know I am up for a cheese fest.

Well, not cheese really, as cheesers use exploits, a fault within the system and the majority dont do that ... but, I know I will face a really unsim player.

Any1 who picks the heat is a cheeser? Totally not true a lot of people who pick the heat are fans of the heat in real life

...and they most likely became a Heat "fan" when LeBron and Bosh joined the team.

I just back out when someone wants to use the Heat. I'm sure some people play legit with them, but the majority of people who play quick ranked games cheese all over the place.

I haven't played a rank game yet, and by the looks of things in this thread- I won't be doing so any time soon. I do not have the patience for cheesers. Thank you for the heads up.

i wish it was true cause i cant buy a 4th quarter bucket with the heat. this is my first basketball game on the ps3 and think i made a mistake with this purchase.

In 2k11, if my opponent went straight to the Heat and readied up, I would go straight to the heat and wait to see if he unreadies. If he doesn't, we'll looks like we're playing Heat vs Heat.

In 2k12, if either player changes teams it makes both players unready. So if my opponent goes straight to the Heat and readies up, I go straight to the Heat and ready up before he can. Once they switch teams(usually they go right back to Heat), I just stay on the Heat until they change teams.


But of course, this just means they'll go to OKC/Bulls/Lakers/Mavs, but sometimes they'll actually go to a team without a superstar. And I don't mind playing a team with a superstar, but don't be a bitch and pick the Heat.

Not really...im a wade fan all day but I don't abuse him...i know the strengths and weakness of my team so that means I know when to go to wade or lebron or let bosh and company do their thing. It's all about knowing your team and you will always win

When I see my opponent pick the Heat, I just change my selection to the Heat as well, and they almost always back out.

Not necessarily.

I've played against people picking the Heat that don't abuse LeBron or Wade.

When I pick Miami, I don't abuse LeBron because I know the team's strengths and I'm good enough to beat people with Mike Miller, Mario Chalmers, UD, and Chris Bosh as leading scorers.

With that said, Houston is usually my go-to team.

Who did they use? Chalmers and Bosh?

Im actually a Heat user and have used them for years...and id argue that I, as a Heat user, play against the cheesiest of the cheese because of peoples preconceived notions of how they think i will play.....as evidenced by the person who created this thread

i play on ball D all game and dont abuse the lead pass nor do i score majority of my points in the paint and its unbelievable how many people i play still scared to play defense on their own so they go zone, play offball d, and mash the steal button all game....and think they are good while they do it!! lol lames

now i dont expect any sympathy from anybody because ill admit that the Heat is the most feared team to play against, just informing you guys that the next time you feel cheesed to the max, just know those same cheesers go extra harder on Heat USERS such as myself who actually play with integrity....

everything was all good when Haslem was my second best player a cpl years back....smh

- They use Thunder/Knicks
- They have a name like ILLKILLA8, STOMPINONFOOLS, #1PLAYA, NBABALLA, FRESHNUGGAH
