Rondo for Westbrook would be a great trade. I could see that going down and you could build around westbrook and bradley.
He would have to give up quite a bit to get Westbrook, to the point where it may not be worth it.

You could trade Rondo straight up for Monta Ellis.
You could trade Rondo for Tyreke Evans.
You could trade Rondo and Bass for Eric Gordon and Kaman.

Why would I do the first one, and why would the other teams do the second and third?

Try trading a player that the Wizards want, or a position they are lacking, for a 1st round pick 2012. The pick is only rated 1/2 a Star but once you get to the draft you will probably get a Lottery TOP 5 Pick. I did this and I was the Nets and I ended up working out a package deal to get Durant. The draft pick is worth 4 - 5 stars depending on what choice it is.

          1. I have no idea what you want. I'm just throwing out ideas.

          2. Because the Trade Finder brought them up.

          Any more questions?

Trade finder has ridiculous trades in favor of the user...it's unreliable.

Yeah, Trade Finder does a good job of finding you unrealistic steals a lot of times. I remember in 2K10 in an association I had with 3 other friends in college I was the Pistons with plans to trade away almost everybody. I ended up having Shaq at one point, and was offered Chris Bosh straight up for him. I had to take it.

As far as rebuilding an already good team, if you dont want Rondo, I suggest trading him for a young PG or SG (that u could put at point) and try and get a first rounder from it as well. Doesnt have to be somebody as good as Rondo, but if you find a player you are good with on the game, then i never care about ratings. Some suggestions (without knowing if the game would let it happen or not) include Tyreke Evans, Monta Ellis, Stephen Curry, Eric Gordon, Kemba Walker, Brandon Knight, Darren Collison, Ricky Rubio even, ect. Just some examples. I think if you can get a young guard and a first round pick for Rondo, especially from a team you'd expect to be bad, thats the deal you would want to make. Plus, you can use the pick as bait for another good player or use it to add more young pieces.

As for Allen, Pierce and Garnett, I would just play out the year and let the ones whos contracts expire to go to free up space. If u like Pierce on the game, keep him, but if not, Id trade him. The other 2 though, unless u get a great offer you like for them, I would keep.

I would say blow the whole thing up honestly because rondo i dont belive is a guy you could build around regardless if hes a top 5 pg....id say try to get young prospects like derrick favors, alec burks, bismack biyombo, iman shumpert......but 2 guys you should defiantely go for are derrick williams....and marcus morris....you could get em for not that much also

I think I would trade Ray Allen because he is the oldest and will retire once the season is over. You want to get something in return. Pierce and Garnett won't retire. Although I would keep Pierce and Rondo. And trade Garnett and Allen

I like Shumpert, but he doesn't have good potential, and no way NYK trades a rookie (I might be wrong, but do teams ever really trade rookies in season?).

And what is a FAIR and REALISTIC trade for Tyreke Evans? I like him because he's obviously a good yoiung player, but also because he can play both the 1 and 2 well.

Derrick Favors last year was traded. Drew Gooden his rookie year was traded. Later picks are more likely than top picks, but it definetly happens. I dont find trading for a young rookie to be unrealistic as long as the offer seems fair.

Well, even so, Shumpert's potential isn't the best anyways, and I edited other rookies' potentials to make them realistic, so, they aren't all superstars.

Looking for REALISTIC and FAIR trades for Tyreke Evans.

Jordan Hill was New York's 8th overall pick in 2009 and was traded at the trade deadline, so it does happen. Although, it's pretty rare.

Any suggestions for Evans or someone else?

Considering keeping Rondo, but I definitely want to make one big blockbuster trade. Maybe Garnett?
