What if I sent Barnes to CLE instead of CHA? CLE could get a role player plus a pick since they have to take the bad contract. I don't need Barnes is Charlotte. Plus, the Cavs are going to have a ton of cap room in 2012-13 even with Walton. They drop $15M as Jamison's contract expires.

Didn't see this before my last post. Right now the pick would be about 23-25.

What do you suggest? I've heard Sessions to LAL for the pick mentioned a lot. I'm not sure if this can work without LAL trading out Walton. I thought that LAL would be a good fit for Maggette since they need scoring off the bench and have a hole at SF.

Another note, if all the Cavs players accept their options, then Cleveland will still have $25.41M of cap room with no key players set to be a FA. Walton's contract shouldn't keep them from making any moves and could help as an expiring contract in a trade.

Barnes is serviceable but I still don't see why the Cavs do this, what are they really gaining other than a late first round pick and two players that are average or below average at this point. They already have Casspi and Gee at SF so adding Barnes and Walton just creates a log jam at that position. In any trade at this point Cleveland is looking for young talent, draft picks, or expiring contracts. Sure they'll have a lot of cap space after Jamison's deal is up. But why would they waste it on a guy who's gonna sit at the end of the bench raking in $5M + in salary when they could spend it on something they need?

I think the Lakers are getting way too much in Sessions(fills a big need for them) and Maggette for only having to give up a late 1st rounder and some role/deep bench players.

I agree with you here also. I just made the suggestion since he seemed really hard up to get George and I don't see the Pacers letting him go unless they could get similar young talent in return, which the Wizards don't have on the current roster.

I get what your saying, but I'm not sure what to do with it. If I want Maggette to LA then I need a third team to take Walton's contract. CLE seemed like a logical 3rd team since they have been conected to LAL in rumors about Sessions. Do you think another team would be better? The reason I can't take Walton is the only reason I'm trading Maggette is to shed salary. I'd rather amnesty Maggette than have to take Walton. The only way I would take Walton would be if I got something of value in return.

So here are my questions for you
              1. What is fair for LAL to get Sessions? 1 pick? 2 picks? Or is that still not enough? The Lakers don't really have any tradable players for this deal.
              2. Is getting Maggette to LAL for only expirings realistic?
3.Do you think it would be fair for me (or a 3rd team) to get a late 1st from LAL if I take Walton?

One thing you can do is add the Mav's pick going to Cavs. Maybe have Lakers give up Ebanks instead of Kapano and have him go to Cavs insteads of Bobcats. Also, maybe throw in one of Morris and Gouldelock for the Cavs

I've been having an issue with the game reorganizing the rotations when I start an association. Any reason for that? I have made some roster changes but whenever I jump into an Association(30 team control etc) the CPU redoes rotations for a lot of teams.

It happens every time. There is nothing that can be done. If you want realistic roatations you have to do 30 team control and edit each teams' rotation after you start the association.

                        Hey Guys

Currently in my 2nd season as the Nets (30 Team Control)

Used one of the trades here to get Dwight along with Turk Mayo, signed Elton Brand and a bunch of fillers

3-1 with a great buzzer beater by Deron Williams against the Mavs

anyway i need help on how to trade Brandon Jenning i know its early but the bucks are 0-4 and there roster is pretty bad and Jennings isnt a fan of Scott Skiles.

Any ideas on how and who to trade him too?

What you need to do is completely skip the FA period and go to training camp. During the training camp, you can go to the main menu and sign as many FAs you want for each team.

                              Does this trade make sense?

                              Twolves get

1st overall pick in the draft.

                              Suns get

8th overall pick in the draft
                              First rounder next year
                              Anthony Randolph ( 71 overall )
                              Wayne Ellington ( 65 overall )

Heres the way I look at it, the Suns will be getting major depth after this trade is all said and done while the Twolves clear out minutes and have an oppotunity to draft the C they desperatly need in either Drummond or Anthony Davis. Randoplh only got 15 mpg but averaged 7 PPG 5 rpg and 2.6 Offensive rebounds per game shot 50 % from the field and had .5 blocks in those 15. Ellington didn't play a sinlge minute but is young and has an A for outside shooting. The Suns also will get a good prospect this year and could get another next.

Also who should I draft for the Wolves with the number 1 pick?

Thanks for the suggestion qpc. I'll work on acquiring some young talent to eventually land George. I'll probably end up giving up a lot to get him but it may be worth it.
