    I always felt like it was okay to make a few assumptions about things like 3pt shooting and stamina improving based on the idea that even players of lesser skill would become accustomed to NBA range and pace after a few weeks of training & practice.

    In my personal experience playing on an NBA sized court, you adjust your form after a few games and it starts to feel natural to shoot from that distance. If you really feel like someone just doesn't have the strength for it but is deadly from high school range, make them only take corner 3s.
