Sure it all depends. Alot of the problem 2k has some ridiculous dunks in the game. I dont want to see Dwade doing a 360 in a crowded lane. Im not from the school of thought that Dwade has become a shell of himself athletically. I think he is still one of the more athletic guys in the league. I think his quickness has declined a bit but not to an extreme degree. It remains to be seen tho. One season can change alot. The difference in Kobe's athleticism from the 09-10 to the 10-11 was vast due to his knee issues.

Yeah, Wade is still one of the best all-around players in the game. Second best shooting guard you can find.

My word might not be held with any kind of weight cuz he's on my team, but if he can ever manage to stay healthy, I'd say Eric Gordon got next, even over Harden. I'd say he's the one that can do everything Wade does, but he's a bit smaller and not quite as good. Yet.

Eric Gordon? Really? He managed to have one above avg year and now people seem to think he is the next in line after Kobe and Wade?

Yeah, really. Make the man seem like that "one above avg year" was some kind of fluke.

There is no young SG who are in Kobe and Wade's league IMO. There are some good ones but not all time greats like Wade and even more so, Kobe.

It's not the rating it's the dunk package, kobe is also someone that has a over the top dunk package. Just change the dunk package or lower his dunk rating. But I'm tired of Kobe dunking on multiple people, kobe still has some hops but not the hops 2k gives him.

                      Does anyone know d.rose's rating?

I am not saying wade doesnt deserve a good rating or is still good, but he shouldnt be doing 360 dunks that he catches with one hand over 3 people in the middle of a game.
What a huge difference going from one of the greatest passing point guards in NBA History in Steve Nash to Raymond Felton. I'm not denying Amare didn't slow down, but he is going to have a dip in statistics whenever he leaves a team where he had one of the greats passing to him and opening everything up.

In 2008, he had an MVP-worthy season. Injuries have plagued Wade throughout his career and we still see what he's capable of (ie. Indiana, Boston, and OKC series)

Wade may not be the 2nd best player in the league anymore, but as an overall player, no other 2-guard (outside of Kobe) does what Wade does.

And if anyone says James Harden or Monta Ellis, please slap yourself tomorrow.

Wade should be a 93-94, which is fair and not an "overrate" in my opinion, given his injuries.
                          Kobe is not a 2-guard

I'm not talking about Amare's stats, I'm talking about his overall game. His athleticism is taking a dip and it shows

People don't wanna accept the fact that wade is getting older and isn't d-rose on roids like he was in 2005

Re: Is 2k gonna continue to overrate Wade?

I usually pick Wade as my first pick if possible in Online Association, even if I have the 1st overall pick. Why? Because it's too cliche to pick LBJ first, centers aren't as important as they should be (so no Howard first overall), Durant's inside game is too inconsistent in 2K12, and I just enjoy owning people with a player not a lot of people know how to use well.

In truth, Wade is overrated in this game. However, most people still don't know how to play with him. His normal jumpshot is doodoo, and I rarely use it. It's all about shoot-off-dribble, fadeaways, and stepbacks. Wade's shoot-off-dribble shot is insanely good. It's quick and nearly automatic in his hotspot. I also use Wade's post game a lot. It's nearly as good as Kobe's. Wade's defense and stealing are also really high, plus he's strong. He can guard the 1, 2, or 3 with no problem.

They just need to lower Wade's Speed and Quickness ratings to the low 90's/high 80's, and his Dunk and Vertical ratings to mid-to-lower 80's. Then I think Wade will be properly rated at around a 90 overall.
