I dont care about those screens per say myself but I wouldnt mind as much accuracy as possible

If 2k could ever give us a shoe creator like backbreaker had for their logo creator it would go a long way

That reason was wrong. I'd say 90% of the players wearing Nike under contract still had generics in the game last year.

Of course we will because we love this game. Nevertheless I don't see anything bad letting the developers know the small problems we still find graphically (some people seem to think that if you like this game you can't criticize anything about it, and this game is so big nowadays mainly because they LISTEN and take into account CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM)

Maybe that's because they haven't done anything about it for the last years (it took Live 10 just one year to have everything perfect in this sense).

Damn, I miss those days when everybody could give their different opinions and interests @ this forums and be respected.

It's been the same song and dance around here for almost a decade.. I used to be the biggest proponent of jerseys and arenas. The crowd who didn't give a crap about that was loud and proud in their own right, just as those laughing at people here about shoes... So I say, keep at it with this very honest and constructive criticism. 2k could hire some intern to do shoe templates, or get some mod creator to work from home and get stuff sent in. They'd be so honored at being asked, they would likely do it for free. I would just say, have the generics have less color. Early 90s, there was minimal accent colors on many players shoes. Most just wore white on black or black on white. So even with a generic base of shoes, generics could be improved dramatically.

Shoes are not a big deal to me, but I can understand some of you guys frustration. They did add a shoe creator this year lets see how it turns out

Reuben from the corner fresh out of witness protection what good fam ?

I will say this that I don't think anyone would mind if all the shoes are correct and the end of generics was announced.

Yeah, generic gear is crappy to look at. I don't particularly care about sneakers or matching headbands, but it does seem odd that they get it wrong so frequently.

2K Shoe Threads are always hilarious.

2K just lot the Sneakerhead Market and I hope they're happy at what they've done SMH.

We had a thread going for sneakers last year, but it did little to help the authenticity of shoes in the game.

2K - Are you guys blatantly trolling? Or do you really have one of the laziest art departments in sports gaming?

Look at Jordan's shoes in the picture above. Now look at how they are supposed to look:
                    Spoiler

This was the final straw for me. I don't have a PC and I don't plan to buy one. I shouldn't have to mod the game in order to do 2K's job for them.

I'm just curious to know if 2K is going to continue to piss off/disrespect an entire subculture for the 3rd year in a row.

Because they don't seem to care to address it at all...
Im embarrassed to be on the same forum as you, shoes really "kill" the game for you? SMH

I thought I read somewhere 2K has a shoe creator in the game in 2k13?

I'm off to go look for that thread.

While I can definitely understand the importance of a retro player having the right shoe, I dont think it is important for a current player. Current players constantly change their shoes.

Then put the current player in the same brand of shoe he wears on the court instead of some garbage generic shoes.

I'm more worried about home/away colors for accessories. I'm tired of seeing guys wearing black socks, sleeves, bands etc. with white jerseys.
