Blacktop 3vs3 wont be all that good im guessing
Will be like the Legends 3v3 Showcase. Half court,cheese fest.
Example. Tell your friends to go stand in the corner so its just u vs the other opponent in a 1on1. U cross him over then go to basket for easy dunk or layup. Doesnt sound like much fun

Exactly, it will be like that mode on the showcase which wasn't fun at all. Will be filled with inbounds from big man to pg to slasher oops to basket.... smh

Everyone that is saying no crew isn't the end of basketball for 2k, maybe correct but it is the end of myplayer/mycareer. There is no point in playing mycareer mode. That is what people that don't play crew or never used the mode doesn't understand. To the non-hackers, they know the time put in to make your my player great. Its just like a franchise mode, association mode, or whatever. You play to see the progression of your team, in this case player, become better and you want to see the extent of it's abilities. (yeah, its that deep) To the person that said go to the court and call four of your friends and hoop... should understand crew because its the same thing... just virtual.

Im sad to see that u will settle for trash, besides if live does comeout and its a xbla game i dont think it will have too many extra features for 20 bucks.....so u dont play basketball at all outside of crew?

I did a video about it yesterday, and after talking to some more people, I see both sides of it. I'm a crew-head myself but enjoy the other modes enough that it isn't THE END for me, however I'm okay with at least having blacktop mode this year, compared to nothing last year. It's a step in the right direction, but I do definitely want crew back ASAP. Looking forward to the game either way and can't wait to drop videos at like 12:30, haha. My brother and I are really excited.

He has a video on his youtube page going in on 2k. Bout not having crew and so on.just yesterday he was in love with them. Now he's mad and making rant videos and statements on twitter. Its like kids who didn't get that toy they wanted for Xmas. Now there pissed off. Its kinda funny tho cause its just a videogame,really get a grip on reality.

And that exactly the problem these days...IKC I LOVE HIM BUT DAMN, he disappointed me with the comments he made. Seriously stop whining because they didn't put in what you wanted. He's really acting like a kid I've unsubscribed to him on YouTube and unfollowed him on twitter for a bit because his rants are just ridiculous.

2k did have 2yrs to make a working hack free CREW mode. I honedtly think they didnt even try.

Welp, I hope 2k isn't planning on releasing any DLC. I'm not paying for **** until we get crew back. It was the only thing fun about playing the game online

You're comment here is just....you have me scratching my head thinking wow. The association mode is great. MP has been improved since year 1. This game gives you SO MANY options to enjoy it.

2k did have 2yrs to make a working hack free CREW mode. I honedtly think they didnt even try.

I dont think many know how hard it is to code a mode where every player is user created and has ever changing attributes.

If they added CREW mode back this yr. Most crew players would have been happy if 2k just simply improved on CREW from 2k11. Simply fixing the hacked players would have made us real hype even if the servers are still shi.

Online stability? In 2k12 there was no CREW & the online still sucked..
Cant add CREW online but can add My Team, & 3vs3 blacktop. Lol crew was a mode they had b4 not something that they never used before.

Agreed!.... how can they say it was broken? We've found ways around the connectivity by changing time zones or what not. The only problem became was hacked players. 2k actually made strides from 2k10 to 2k11 connection-wise. Then once we figured out the time zone trick it was fine until hackers went wild. By wild i mean putting Obama's face on their myplayer ... ridiculous.

To the people, don't bash IKC as if he was some child or something. 2k has come up with a mode that far exceeds anything in gaming. Besides fifa, they have been the only game to allow you to create a player and use him against other users. That hasn't been done before. Its like the sliced bread concept... you cant introduce bread and then take it away from people because some of the loaves were falling apart... smh.

As popular as crew is (though I've never played it), if 2k doesn't add it in next year, it seems like it would be a very bad move because if they don't, EA will, without question, attempt to create a mode similar to it next year to exploit this opportunity to win back as many fans as possible. Just remember, if it happens, I thought of it first! lol
