This HAS to be a Glitch, i don't even want to play the game any more i'm so frustrated over this anyone have this issue please? I am at the point where I don't even want to play the game anymore over this, that's how frustrated I am. I alley oop all game, when i'm on a break away; 1/4 down the court ahead of any other player; left thumb stick running toward the hoop, weather in the paint, (or behind it) A + B button while holding down right trigger because I'm running of course... (again no other player in sight) ball is thrown in back of me to a player way back court. (EVERY TIME) Game after Game, time after time. I can not throw the ball against the glass! if any player is remotely near me, behind me or where ever no matter where i'm pushing the left thumb stick the alley oop will go to them weather i want it or not. If I want to play regular and forget about it i can make alley oops fine like they are supposed to be made but I can not throw it off the glass. I have tried everything It has to be a glitch.

I play MyPlayer Blacktop a lot with my friends. I am a 7 foot small forward. My dunking, vertical, hands, and all of that is maxed out. Every time they alley oop it to me, my player just lays it in and doesn't dunk it like he should. Yet when I oop it to a 6 foot point guard, he dunks it with no problem. This needs to be fixed

Stop exaggerating. If you actually got locked down by Nash or Kobe went 22-23 from the field that means you suck. Plain and simple. As many problem as there are with this game, especially in MC, these are thing you can prevent when you're on the floor.

In all the MC games I've played, I've never gotten shut down by a bad defender. I've even been able to get consistent buckets on players with lockdown defender because all that does is neutralize your sig skills. In games where I have seen Kobe, LeBron, Melo or anyone start to go off, I've actively tried to check them myself although I didn't completely shut them down, I made if tougher on them or they scored less than if I wasn't guarding them.

Kobe for example went 5-9(2-3 from 3) with Ben Gordon guarding him through the 1st quarter and he finished the game 10-25 from the field(2-4 from 3) and he went 6-6 from the FT line, because I brought help and forced Kobe into bad shots and I made him have to pass the ball. He had 10 assist mostly to D12 who did have an exceptional day from the field against Haywood but that's another story.

See, you assume that I was the one that got locked up by Nash or I was guarding Kobe. As it turns out, my player is a PF on the Bulls. Nash locked up Rose, held him to something like 4 or 5 points with 8 minutes quarters. Way to make assumptions, though.

Have they fixed the white socks, or the My Player simming to end of season after dunk contest (just happened to me, F***ing bummed now)....

You're still exaggerating about Nash and Rose. Rose is one of the few teammates on this game that can get his points at anytime no matter who is guarding him, the only way that Rose doesn't get his points is if you're constantly taking shots away from him by calling for ball. His sig skills alone guarantee him at least 10 points a game on drives, not to mention and 1s. If you're doing what you're supposed to do as a PF and clearing space for him in the paint he would have no problem with Nash.

Just hope they fix the issue with custom songs and chants.

Whats the point of having that much of options if they don't work properly? Please 2k, fix this.

-My Career can't resign with team after contract is up.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
-MyCareer Mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
If you speak to the GM for contract negociating game freezes and/or simulates season but you still cant resign. If you wait until you are a free agent you still cant resign with team.(Similar to bug in NBA 2k10)

Everytime you negociate a contract

I'm sure these items have been mentioned already, but here goes. A few gameplay quirks:

--Floaters go in 99% of the time, regardless of D.

--Post turnaround jumpers and hooks miss 99% of the time.

--The "double tap X" pump fake shots in the post go in 99% of the time, regardless of D.

This basically makes it so the only effective tactic in the post game are pump fakes and up & unders. Hooks, jumpers, etc are useless.

Is anyone having a problem where the game freezes midway through the third quarter when playing an nba today featured game it just started happening to me today i dont what could be causing this to happen i already have my game installed to my hard drive.If anyone is having this problem please tell me.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it?: After the substitution.

Can you recreate it?: No, it's in the game on its own.

During the time I was playing a game with the Timberwolves, I saw Kevin Love get subbed out, and he transformed into a clunky version of his old player model with him not having grown his hair out. I thought the glitch was pretty funny & should be brought to attention.

Its not a glitch its suppose do that because they are no longer in the game

What's the bug?
After loading Association, boxscores from games before Today are erased. When you check these boxscores, it says 0 for everything. This applies to looking at a player's statlines from their previous games. Everything disappeared. However, player statistics are still accurate.

The problem I have with this is that when the game determines Player of the Week, it will disregard all other previous games before mine, and give it to some obscure player who I just played well for one game, e.g. Royce White who posted 7/7/10 in my recent game. He was then awarded Player of the Week honors.

No idea. It seems to happen randomly

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Only happens when I load Association. If I simulate one week of games, the boxscores will appear as usual.

No. But I get some if you want them.

What's the bug?
In my player mode games with the Philadelphia 76'rs which was started on release day rosters, we never win a tip off. I've played I believe around 34 games and I would say 30 of the games Bynum losses the opening jump ball. Now I would be fine if it was a reach or vertical problem but the majority of the time, Bynum doesn't jump until 3/4 of a second after the cpu's player does. I'm not expecting a reply or this to be fixed given 2ks track record, just doing my part to point out one of the glaring little things that are an annoyance when playing.

Happens at every game at tip off

Whats the bug?
A friend of mind was telling me by purchasing finisher level 3 it basically disables the signature skill all together, and it doesn't work.

What game mode?
My Player mode

How often can it be triggered?
Every time after level 3 is purchased.

So guys I was playing Create a legend and when I went back to the main menu to play my carrer my game froze...
When I restarted the game it went black after the loading screen and now I can't even get pass the loading screen unless I play offline and delete my user settings. The moment I get online the game downloads my user data and bricks again.... It's really annoying I can't play anything at all
