Being Drafted by Philly and stuck behind Jrue Holliday bites. Definitely going to be demanding a trade soon. I am getting more minutes at Sg than Pg. Really makes me mad that I told New Orleans that I didnt want to be apart of a rebuilding project. lol

Has anyone requested to be traded yet?

Yes I did i got drafted by pistons #9 and demanded and got traded to the 76ers..

You got do what's best for your career.. Your just not gonna enough minutes to progress enough to get ahead of holiday. Atleast not early in your career..

Your definitely right about that, I am going to see how this works out because I just looked and they resigned him for 4 more years so he is going to be there for that time and prob more.

The best I've managed to go is #5 to the Kings, but I'm an SG so in the interview they were saying they wanted me to play PG alongside Tyreke at the 2. Was hoping I'd go #6 to the Blazers. Oh well, maybe it'll work out ok with Tyreke and Cousins, if not I'll request a trade.

Is anyone else disappointed with the VC contracts as opposed to contracts with "real" money? I thought it added to the realism of the mode and now we get paid with fake currency. Kind of a bummer...

It must be very hard to get top 5...My stats for the showcase were 18 Points, 18 Assists, 7 Rebounds, 3 Steals, and 1 Block with an 'A' overall rating for the game...and still went to Golden State with the 7th pick.

I did get to do an interview with the Bobcats at number 2, they said they hope I drop to them, then to Gillie instead. Liars!

So I'm a PG stuck behind Curry...yay me. I think it would be a fun place to play at with Barnes, Curry, Bogut and Lee, but I can't see getting any playing time with Curry in front of me. The logical thing is put Curry at SG, he is rated higher at that position anyways, but I don't see the computer picking up on that and doing it.

For all of you complaining that the real draftee is on the team you are drafted to....

The mode uses the roster you tell it to. So you are going to have to do what was said earlier: Before starting the mode, edit the draftee so he is 25 or worse overall.

What's interesting i was drafted #9 by the pistons .. But Drummond was still on the roster at the start of season .not sure how but he was there..

Went with a Scoring SF got drafted #9 to the pistons .. Then I demanded trade after 10 games. Traded to the 76ers. (Nick Young and a 2nd rd pick for Me)

After like 8 big games (avg 28 ppg 7rpg ) then went to gm office bi*ched how Jason Richardson was holding me back and I should be starting.. Check that rotation a I'm now starting at SF on the 76ers.

Ahh. I kept complaining that I was not happy with the minutes. Now that I know that I need to say the starter "is holding me back" I will do that.

The minute thing does not get anything done in my experience. sigh.

Because Drummond begins the mode on the Detroit roster ... the draft you see in the mode is a sham draft in essence, just used to determine where you go.

What an awesome first game I had. Played 10 minutes, had 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists.

Cool thing is they kept me in with 2 minutes to go with the team down three, I managed to not screw it up, I even threw down a dunk and got fouled to put us up for good. The Suns crowd was going crazy too with the boos directed at me, I love the end of game sounds this game gives.

Seems the key same as last year as to put up an A+ in the Showcase which will drastically impact your draft standing. Obviously good stats matter as well, but it seems 2K weighs the letter grade even more.
