I think the best way to farm would be:

1: Coach Mode
2: 1v1 Blacktop
3: MyPlayer Glitch

Do a 12 minute quarter game, (coach mode). Wait an hour, come back, +600(60 mins). Play 1v1 blacktop, abuse a 3 point shooter +160 (3 minutes). My Player glitch + approx. 500(5 mins, because of stupid interviews)

Rinse and repeat. Approx 1200VC in 1h 10 mins, barely playing.
Should work every time, since there is at least a 10 min difference between starting the same method again. In a perfect world it should work.

Ex: It would more than 10 mins to finish the 1v1 blacktop and MyPlayer glitch before starting the coach mode again.

It would take more than 10 mins to finish the My player glitch and coach mode before doing the 1V1 blacktop again. etc

Haven't tried it yet.

I just started playing MyTeam Offline Games. 5 Min quarters & you get 350 VC, then The MyCareer Glitch & a Blacktop Game right after

How much do you get from 1min quarters quick game?

50 VC, + 10 VC if you win. Coach mode gets you 600 VC, Blacktop 1v1 gets you 150 VC

In 2K11/12 you were able to choose your favorite team, so when you played a quick match you automatically had the bulls lined up.

I tried doing this for bobcats vs dreamteam but when I press "Y" on quick match it doesn't give me that option (only playbooks but that doesn't work). And when I go to the options menu there isn't a favorite team option either.


Anyone know if there is one though? Makes it easier to start a quick game - coach mode.

Apparently I wasn't logged in anymore to Xbox live. I swear to god, the fact that I get logged off constantly has something to do with 2K. This only happens when I play this game.

Eh, Blacktop requires too much work. But when I do play it, I like Hornacek. His shot is preposterously easy.

Coach mode is great because I do absolutely nothing. Actually, I use it whenever I'm not playing. Like I'm watching the Cowboys-Ravens game right now and have gone through 4 games (2400 points) for following my normal Sunday routine -- watching football.

I haven't done the save method lately because I heard they fixed it. But it's easily the most productive one per minute basis. And unlike the blacktop method, you don't even need to pay attention. I usually browsed the internet or put the tv on PIP while I did it it. Occasionally glance over while I'm pressing x...

Waste of time? Sure. Well except for the coach mode one where you are making more use out of your time. But I've earned more than enough to purchase everything I wanted for my player and now I'm just earning VC to buy gold boosters, in a mode I'm not going play, just for the hell of it. All in the last week.

not exactly sure where the option is but it's there. Profile settings I think? I have nuggets selected and it starts with them every time in quick match.

I also set rotations, made trades, etc if that has anything to do with it

The fastest way is 100 game speed, turn off auto everything like timeouts, turn off every rules, foul, out of bounds etc. The games will go very fast with 12 minutes. After each game you can keep game speed at 100 and finish 1on 1 blacktop with a 3point shooter in like 2 minutes

Pretty much. Also subs and timeouts to manual. I guarantee you lose the game (I've been putting up the Magic or Bobcats against the Dream Team and still lose) but the amount of time you save instead of an extra 10 points is worth it.

Been doing the 12min quarter thing, except without Coach mode. Just turn off all the rules and never cross halfcourt. Your team won't call timeout, the defense will never come at you for the ball. Clock doesn't have to stop under 2 minutes every time a shot goes in. The time just ticks down.

Only downside is you need to know when the quarters are set to end so you can make sure the ball gets inbound at the start of each quarter.

Finish the game. Play a game of Blacktop. Start up a new one.

Interesting...I'm able to do play now games in coach mode back-to-back w/out having to play a blacktop game inbetween to get points.
